First off, thanks for being open until 4am. BUT, why does the late night service have to suck? I wasn't offered sauce and didn't ask for sauce. I don't use your sauce, I have you add guacamole. I ordered 2 soft tacos with chicken and guac and 2 cheesy been and rice burritos.
So, what possessed you to put 15 packets of sauce packets (WITH WET NASTY SAUCE ON THE OUTSIDE) into my bag? See pic! This is gross! I couldn't get to my food without touching them!

I had crunchy tacos n a nachos bellgrande. The tacos all cracked all across the bottom. The nacho chips were so old they had an awful taste. The beans were a round hard blob n I couldn’t eat really any of it. I gave a little to my dog but not much as didn’t want her to get sick. Very worst experience ever.

Taco bell is one of my favorite fast food joints. The food is really good but the customer service at this one is questionable. It takes so long to get your order and i always end up waiting there for at least 10 minutes even if there is no line and I ordered 5 minutes before. But other than that i love the food.

Went around 5/6pm. Food (4 regular tacos; 2 hard, 2 soft. Bean and rice burrito, and potato taco supreme) were hot and accurate. Ordered to go on the touchscreen. Took a little longer than it normally would, even though there were only three customers inside... I guess because there were only two people that I could see working. But they were going as fast as they could with drive thru customers as well. And they offered me a free large drink for having to wait a few extra minutes. I'll be back :)

This location reminds you how good a taco bell can be when the associates that work there really care about producing high quality products. All of our food was very fresh and the gentleman behind the register was very knowledgeable and helpful with the new menu items. Great location.

Been coming here for years, ever since i was a kid. This time around was pretty good. They remodeled the inside, so it looks nice and the menu changed a little, but all-in-all it was good. Would have given 5 stars, but they no longer have Mt. Dew Kickstart on their soda machine, and that was a little upsetting.

I ordered $37.44 worth of food. Most of my order was fine but my chips were only half full. I order chips and cheese a lot so I know how much comes in it. But instead of just giving me what I ordered and paid for, they told me unfortunately that's how it comes. So I parked and went inside and ordered 3 more, which were all properly filled. 1 star for terrible customer service.

If you are a delivery driver don't accept orders from here. You may end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes while 4 workers prioritize drive thru orders and 1 person works on delivery orders. Terrible system. Driver next to me was waiting 20 minutes. I was there almost 20 minutes and they hadn't even started my order. Worker told me it would take 5 minutes. Hilarious
