Worst place in Lakemary. Has been bad for awhile. But today helped me write them off. The Spanish manger was gross in many ways. Doubled cooked French toast sticks. And a over cooked burrito from the mircowave. They are serving old food to paying customers. I think they should close this location. Or hire someone capable. But fire the staff to because they been taught wrong on how to serve food.

Came at 11:31 pm to pick up a UberEats for my customer whose probably been waiting for 40 minutes prior. Their hours say they close at midnight but obviously I’m the fool. All burger kings need either new management or to be shut down completely. Incompetent as hell.

People at the drive thru were nice enough. The order was correct but the quality of the chicken tenders was awful!! They were rock hard, dried out, and completely inedible! Looked like they had been reheated from yesterday's chicken. I wouldn't even give them to my dogs!

Came in with my husband at 5:45 this evening. Walked up to the counter and waited to order. The employee at the drive through window looked at us but never came over to take our order or even acknowledge us. We finally left. All the remodeling in the world won’t make up for the continued bad customer service at this location.

Drove into drive thru lane to order, waited 10+ minutes for someone to take my order and even said "Hello." multiple times, drove to the window after waiting so long only for an employee to open it and say, "Were closed." then close it and walk off. This was around 2:30 in the afternoon. I would've understood if they said they were short staffed to where they have to close early but the attitude was just completely rude! Never coming back again.

Came in at 3pm on a Sunday. There were 3-4 cars in the drive through so I decided to go inside. I was ignored for 2-3 mins while waiting to ordering. Finally ordered then waited literally 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets.
Avoid this place unless you like wasting you time

Place says it open but lights are off and everything is closed. Horrible previous service and food not worth it.

Stopped at Burger King to get a soda their microphone for outside ordering was not working when I got to the window after 30 minutes nobody attended to me. The worst customer experience I've ever had at a fast food chain shame on you and your manager should be terminated effective immediately.
