This is the second time I’ve been through the drive through and ordered a bacon qtr pounder and it hasn’t had any bacon on it the first time I didn’t say anything but this is the second time it’s getting pretty old.

I ordered a medium mocha frappe through drive -thru and I received and small mocha frappe and I told the lady at the window that and she goes that’s medium like it clearly says S and I’m not a crab about my stuff but it’s my money I got scammed out of and if that’s the size of a medium I don’t wanna know what Large looks like

I have ordered twice from here on 2 separate occasions a Double bacon Quarter pounder, in person. Both times I have gone home, no bacon, both times after having waited over 20 minutes. So I was charged extra for no bacon. I want my money back and this place can close down for all I care.

It's an quick and easy pick up when I am on the go. However, the drive through rep. Taking the order needs to be more people friendly and patient. I very like they were rushing me with my ordering process.

The coolest McDonald's I've ever been to. It's fun for adults and a really enjoyable time for all kids with the video game arcade and the huge play place. Definitely a must-see when in Orlando

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too. We ordered to dine in and after 25 minutes I went to counter to find out where our food was. The girl acted like I was putting her out. Three different people looked at my receipt before determining that someone had screwed up. Once I got our meals, they were missing fries and both drink cups. Went to the drink station after getting cups only to find the sweet tea container empty and no cup lids of any size. The tables and highchairs were all sticky and had to be wiped down prior to sitting. I would never go to this place again.

Why is Chic Fil A next door so much busier but they don't have the issues you guys do? I think they need a pay cut...not a raise to 15 an hour.
Took me 45 mins to get this sorry pos sandwich and there was a total of 4 cars on the drive thru. Who tf does this?? How much do you think you’re worth? I should pay ten bucks a meal for this?

The food is like any other McDonalds. The staff in the morning is great then it declines as the day goes on. The drive thru has been better. I no longer have to wait almost an hour for some food.
