Worst service! Dined in 6/10 for lunch. Unless you like screaming your order across the room to an employee who wouldn't leave the bar- stay away! Burgers took forever, weren't cooked to order, and soggy. Waitress never checked on us. We were the only people in the restaurant at this time. What was the staff doing?? Having a personal conversation about their coworkers from high school. THAT was more important... We were the only people there for crying out loud! How hard is it to provide halfway decent service to ONLY one table? Management should take a look at the staffs service, it explains why they were empty.

Wouldn't recommend. I had a terrible experience. They called the police on my girlfriend because she drank too much and was in the bathroom too long. She was not causing a disturbance at all and security literally was waiting outside the women's restroom and the staff/bartenders were clocking her time in the bathroom. It was utterly ridiculous. People drink too much and can't even go to the bathroom in peace there. I would never go again. Their security staff is beyond rude and show no compassion.

Service was very poor. After waitress took the order, she never checked on us again until we asked for the check and we were one of only three tables occupied. I had the Impossible burger because they no longer have turkey burgers and it was very soggy, poorly cooked, almost like it was microwaved. Not worth the $3 upcharge. My wife's burger looked like it came from the McDonald's down the street. Definitely not worth the the $34 bill plus tip.

The food is ok but don't expect the actual ingredients that are suppose to come on it. I ordered a burger specifically for the sauce that was suppose to come on it but there was none. After trying to get the bartenders attention a few times I gave up. The service is horrible I didn't get any refills until after I was done with my food. The staff appears completely uninterested in their customers including the manager.
