Went and ate at Whataburger in lake jackson this morning. They were busy as usual, and our table was dirty so I asked for a rag to just wipe it off and an employee named Chase grabbed rag and cleaner wiped off both seats and the table and apologized for not having it clean. I told him I understood because they were busy then he also came back and swept the floor. It’s great to see awesome employees. Thank you Omar for hiring awesome people that are always friendly.
Avocado bacon burger is amazing! First time visitor and I absolutely loved it! Fries were piping hot, and the staff was all professionally dressed and polite!!
We go to this Whataburger all the time.....especially my husband. Like all fast food places, the servers change often. The manager, Omar Bautista, is very pleasant and I know he tries hard to train the new people. It is hard to find competent people and people who care about doing things the right way. If you will check the register as you order, and make sure they wrote down what you asked for, then you can take it back and show them if they get it wrong. Omar and others have always fixed our order when they make a mistake. Yes, it happens and is infuriating when your order take out and get home and it is not correct, but that happens at every fast food around here..........even the famous and beloved Dairy Bar. The food is good, though and is still our go to hamburger diner. We love Chic fil a.........sp???.......but that is not a "hamburger". Next to homemade.........we choose Whataburger.

I'm new to the area, but I've grown fond of Whataburger since I have moved here, I tried their new Chilli Cheeseburger, and it is good! It has corn chips kind of like fritos on it so you get a good balance of texture, and flavor. Highly recommend!
Still my favorite fast burger place. Most of the staff is friendly. Last few visits they just can't get the order right. I had to show the receipt and explain they missed a fry and she was reluctant to give it to me, but I did finally get it.
So they got my food order wrong I waited again to get it fixed and ate my cold fries after ab 15 mins after waiting a total of 30 I asked for a refund and they ended up having my meal ready and the manager kindly found my food and still refunded me my money. Thank you for you kind service ! I'm pregnant and was starving so I generally don't get frustrated or mind waiting! Again thank you 🙏🏼
Maria is so amazing. After putting my order in at the wrong location she totally took care of everything. She's absolutely amazing. She just makes you so happy with the way she smiles
Did the order online. Went to curbside to pick up. They never came out to bring the order so we went in to get it and they couldn't find it and it was right there in front of their face.. very upset by the time we got our food😭.. but we will continue d there because we love Whataburger
Decided to give this place another try. Now I go every couple weeks. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. There's usually a bit of a wait but that's expected when everyone in Lake Jackson flocks there at 1AM.
If there's a problem with your order, they fix it no problem. Accidents happen and they want to make it right. Love this location, it's the only one I go to!
Usually very good. This time I had to ask where my order was. When I finally received it, you could tell it had been sitting there a while.
Delicious burgers and fries and you can get a side of gravy with your chicken strip. They also had Dr. Pepper milkshakes that looked good.
Went here for lunch and had a great burger! The order was accurate and the speed of service was good. Their burgers are pretty big, so I didn't leave feeling hungry! Their fries where not my favorite, but they were ok. Also, the menu price does not include cheese (an extra $1) which is kind of deceiving since usually fast food burgers come with cheese. The restaurant was clean with a laid back atmosphere. I would eat here again.
Best location in the county. The grey shirt is always seen working on the floor. My orders are always consistent with fresh veggies
They always get our order right. Very friendly employees although while I was in the ladies room and an employee came out of a stall and didn't wash her hands. Yuck. I went with my father because he eats there everyday. I'm not a fan of the massive amounts of onions and mustard on a burger. Everything else was yummy.
Always delicious! The only downside is the wait times at night usually past 11pm. Expect wait times of around 30-60 mins.
