Good Customer Service, they make the sub sandwiches well made, and it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in a long time!!

Love this place! We eat here 5-10 times a month. My daughter loves the meatball and I love Italian. Great food great service great place!

My sandwich was as good. The only problem was I had ordered an extra pickle which I didn't get. I also ordered no onions which I got. My sandwich was still good though.
Love their subs! Online ordering and pickup is pretty simple. We had an issue once with an order and they offered a refund on our sandwiches fairly easily. We eat here almost once a week, I like the club on a sub and my husband switches his up each time.

Extremely kind and fast team! Went in on a Saturday at 12:30p. They were fast and efficient. Nicholas assisted us with our order and was very thorough and patient while I added and removed a few items from my sub. Thank you for a great experience. Keep up the great work!
Started raining like crazy. Lightning knocked out the power for a few seconds at GameStop. Couldn't buy anything after that. Went here to wait out storm got a samich. Sandwich was good (not great) but I got the Hershey squirts after. Takes a lot to get me sick like that. Was the first and last thing I ate the whole day. So yeah. That's my experience.
Most likely won't go back. They'll be fine without me.

I love this place. Not only is the food a great bite for when I forget to take lunch to the office, but I know I can see some sports while I eat here. The staff is friendly and everything is very clean.

Second time to eat here and very impressed. Great to have a fresh sub on tasty bread and not spend a fortune. The different sub sizes fit every appetite at my house. And this chain actually supports our local first responders! Great way to eat out and support the community too.

Sandwich was good, service fast and polite. Only problem I have is Anthony sagging his pants showing his Hanes. What has happened to pride in one's self? Research the origin of sagging pants Firehouse, that is very unprofessional

I have never been in the restaurant before, but I order subs from them on waitr. I am never disappointed! I've tried the club on a sub and recently tried the Italian sub. Both are amazing. I get mine on wheat bread... and I can't tell if the wheat bread has a sweet flavor to it or if its the mayo/sauce they use. Either way, a big thumbs up from me!
