I can not say enough about this place!...as a part-time resident of Lake Harmony Louies is our favorite go-to place for a special night out...We love the unexpected high quality and warm cozy rustic elegance. Louies is 5 star cuisine nestled in quaint Lake Harmony!!! It's always a treat and we love the 'Cheers' 'everybody knows your name' feel the first rate staff emparts everytime we visit!!!..Just celebrated our Birthdays�� tonight and Dana our server was awesome as usual.. as is the whole staff always!!!

I have to say that the atmosphere was beautiful. They were able to accommodate us since we didn’t have a reservation. Dana our server was amazing! I also have to say the food was absolutely unbelievably delicious, we both had the Louie’s mixed grill which was fillet mignon, lamb chops, shrimp scampi with mash & veggies cooked to perfection!!!! I would give this more stars if I had the option. Hats off to the chef & staff!!!! Much love Eric & Harriet

The food is top quality. The petite filet mignon melts in your mouth. The drinks are exceptional. The staff is on point with service. I would highly recommend Louie's to everyone. The perfect night out!
Our waitress and I forget her name was the absolute best 4 at out table everything came out on time she kept up with food drinks walked by and checked on us food was excellent all in all a great night we will be back

We had a wonderful dinner and cocktails: appetizers, soup,steaks,desserts and the Louie"s bomber drink. Top notch comparable to any steakhouse.Everything was delicious but Dana our knowledgeable engaging waitress made the experience.
We walked in on a Friday night (Lobster Night) without a reservation... the place was packed... the hostess bent over backwards to fit us in. The food and service was out of this world!!!! Thank You so much for making our last night of Vacation a nice and memorable night. Can't wait to return!!!

What an amazing dinner! Prime rib was off the chain! Biggest cut we have ever seen and super tender. Be sure to sit at the bar and ask for Liz!

Had a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband and our neighbor last night. We all agreed the best Oysters Rockefeller we've ever had (even down south). Had Delmonico steaks and the brussel sprouts for our main course. Absolutely delicious! We will be back again soon. Thank you for excellent service and a lovely dinner.

Really great steakhouse. We came here with my family, including 4 kids 3 and under, and the staff was just really friendly and accommodating to us. Our server was outstanding and the support staff were on point. The steaks and all the food were awesome, but by far the star of the show was the fried artichoke - it was just stunningly delicious. Louie’s Prime is moreso a 4.25/4.5 star establishment, but until Google allows half-star increments I’ll continue to round up. I just dined at Louie’s with a large group as part of a bachelor party and we had a very good experience. Due to the size of our party we booked a private room, which was perfect for our group of 14. The room was floor to ceiling windows, with strings of lights hanging from the ceiling. Everyone had plenty of room and we were all quite comfortable. The service was excellent; we had a main waitress and two others helping her making sure our drinks were replenished and waters were constantly topped off. Our orders were taken promptly but we never felt rushed and all requests were accommodated happily. The food was good to very good, fortunately for myself I seemed to order the best steak off the menu, at our server’s recommendation. The Double Crust Delmonico was utterly outstanding. Well-seasoned and charred and cooked to an absolutely perfect medium-rare. I cannot recommend this menu item enough. I gave some of my buddies a taste and they all agreed it was the best thing on the table. Some other guys were slightly underwhelmed with their entrees, but this is not their review. I live two hours away, but I will remember Louie’s Prime fondly and would love to return if I’m ever in the area again.
This is the third time I've been to Louie's. Dinner was perfect this time as well as the last two times :) Most of the restaurants in the Poconos in my experience are more casual and less "exquisite" than places like NYC. However, If you're looking for fine dining in an atmosphere that is not too formal or stuffy, I recommended Louies (my other choice would be Windsor at Skytop). The steaks are spectacular here, as was the Chicken Florentine, stuffed with spinach and cheese- delicious! There is also a full bar here, which was full of very happy patrons, laughing and telling stories 😄

High end restaurant, suggest you call for a reservation, especially on the weekends. We had a 30 minute wait on a Friday night, but we were able to wait at the bar until our table was ready. Service was outstanding, very friendly and attentive. Prices are a bit steep. But it was a fun night out.

We had ten adults, and everyone commented on how great the food was, but by far the star of the show was the fried artichoke that my wife, the birthday girl loved, it was just delicious. Absolutely phenomenal establishment! I did not make a reservation, however I was seated at the bar straight away. Service was speedy and very appreciated. The french onion soup was delicious and the steak was cooked perfect! Highly recommend the apple strudel for dessert. Definitely worth the price! I will return frequently!
Best food place I ever visited! Everyone is super friendly, including local customers, and food was great! You get what you pay for. Very cozy and comfortable environment. It was worth a visit!
What can I say, other than the food was exquisite, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere and ambiance were amazing. The food couldn't have been better, the drinks were amazing. My only complaint was that I couldn't finish my meal, but I will have some amazing prime rib for work tomorrow night, and maybe some carrot cake for a midnight snack tonight.
We had our annual office Christmas party here as we always do. The food was UNBELIEVABLE! With each hors d'oeuvre somehow more impressive and unique than the last, and the amazing cocktails to match, the night couldn't get any better ... until it did when the thickest prime rib you've ever seen came as the entre! The staff were very attentive, courteous, and even helpful with photography for group photos. It's an event we all look forward to every year and Louie's Prime never disappoints!!

Nice upscale steakhouse that reminds you of an old NYC steakhouse that's been there 100 years. Old school high class vibe, and although you pay for it, it's worth it. Not a large place so make reservations. Food was exceptional, especially steaks - probably one of the top 5 steaks I've had . Will definitely go again.

Awesome place. Parking was abundant. We came in with a large party and no reservations yet we were accommodated with a table within 15 minutes. During our wait amazing staff served us drinks at the bar . We were lead to our table which was in a sunroom style part of the restaurant amazing few outside cozy and lit by candles. Tables are set with real cloth table covers and napkins changed out after every seating. Water glasses were filled and complimentary bread and balsamic olive oil for dipping. It was a whopping 40 minutes until served after ordering . But boy was it worth the wait! Every bite was amazing kids menu although less in cost was grand in quality and quantity. Definitely the size of an adult plate. The main entrees delicious. And a side dish was the size of a main entree as well. And to top it off dessert " not pictured here due to being soo good didnt get a chance" peanut butter thunder delight it fed 5 people and of course we were full from our main dishes but had to squeeze in a few bites and for only 8 bucks it was a steal. The carrot cake was twice as big and could have fed us all twice. Fine dining at its finest great service and wait staff. Give my compliments to the chef!
I've eaten steaks in Montana , Texas , Nevada, Idaho , Nebraska, and so many more places. This place earns the right to call itself a steakhouse . The price point is perfectly fair for where this is located. Every single meal my friends and I have gotten was cooked exactly to our liking and everything was phenomenal. From salmon to steak to Brussels and spinach nothing needed anything else . I rarely give a 10 out of 10 rating but this place earned it from me . Rachel our server was also very prompt and attentive not to mention very informative . I highly recommend coming here, we will most certainly be back .

This place was slightly over priced for the portion you get.. however was worth every penny! Best scallops I've ever had.. and the steak melts in your mouth! They also had very unique flavors on their food. Will definitely be going back!
