Simply phở is my all time favorite Viet restaurant in the OC area. There are a lot of restaurants in Westminster that do not have equally flavorful dishes. Although, I would not recommend the phở :) go for stir-fried lemongrass chicken/pork/shaken beef rice and grilled pork vermicelli dishes!

I had the fish pho. They were generous with the fish and the broth is surprisingly good. I did not add any Sriracha or bean paste to my broth. At this time, if you dine in, they will also give you either free soft drink or free Thai iced tea.

We got our drink pretty quickly as we were waiting for our food. We came after busy time so I don't know what the service is like during busy time.

The pho is good. But the meat is a little bit chewy. The service is well, and they offer free dessert. Food is plentiful and cheap.

Just chanced upon this place when I was hungry for fried rice. It was fast and really good. I ordered the seafood combo fried rice. Never thought I would finish the whole plate. But I did. It was good. Not too salty. And Thai tea with no boba. A good simple quick lunch.
I would recommend you all try the place when you are craving for Vietnamese fried rice.

The staff is super friendly and the pho is great. We always order item 7a which is the vegetarian Pho and we pay the extra $1 to get it extra large. We have a family of four and 2 extra large feeds the whole family, and each meal comes with a small warm tapioca pudding.
The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating with an outdoor patio.

Great pho in a super convenient location off El Toro. The pho broth was clean and flavorful. I always appreciate Simply Pho quick service. The Pho Dac Biet hit the spot and the Bo Lu Lac (Shaken Beef) was quite tasty. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating.

After meal, they gave us warm soup, maybe tea? Idk what it is.
Anyway it was sweet and warm.
The only one thing i didn't like here is the food serving time.
After receiving first dish, we waited a lot of time for second dish.
I thought they might forget our second dish or they didn't get our order correctly.

I really like the inside of this place. They have cute mural and paintings. The service is a bit poor😔. I’m sure that’s because they’re kind of new and understaffed👩🍳👨🍳. But the appetizer came out after all the main meals. And the meals don’t all come out at the same time - well not my table but the table next to me. The lady had her meal way before the man she was with. But none the less, still tasted really good and the portions were finishable! And they have complementary dessert soup!! 🍲😁
