Del Taco

Food and service are great and consistent. One small glitch in the system, however. They recently put up multiple signs that state “condiments only on request” they no longer ask if you want sauce. Had to put in quite a bit of effort to score a couple packets of Scorcho. Supply chain issues? There is another location across the street. I’ll go there next time and see what they are up to.

I went through the drive thru and the young man taking my order was awesome. He didn't rush me, he was polite, and more importantly, my order was complete. I always, always order 3x extra cheese on my burritos. I worry about this a lot when I don't go inside where I can watch my order being made. I pulled out and parked, grabbed my burrito, and my extra cup of green sauce (a must) and bit right in. Now I've eaten 100's of Del Taco burritos in my 54 years, but whoever made this burrito should get a raise. It was by far the best burrito I've ever had from Del Taco. If the drive thru wasn't 8 or 10 cars deep, I would have thanked them for such a great experience i had with them. From beginning to end. (Dining room was closed) So all in all, and im not saying this lightly, but from 1 to 10, that was a 10 and then some. Thank you all, and I'll be seeing you soon. Anthony

What can I say Del Taco has good fast food. To me their coffee doesn't taste like it was made from bicycle tires, it is good. This Del Taco is situated on the southwest corner of El Toro and Trabuco. There is another Del Taco about 500 feet away. It is on the north west corner shopping center. First there was a del taco and one was a naugles, then del taco bought out naugles and therefore 2 del tacos are so close to each other. I pretty sure that's how it went. OK back to Del Taco, they are to me better fast food. Pick and choose and you can eat well.
