The Irvine location is a shared space with multiple food establishments. It is To Go only.
The food was good but way too salty. I ordered my food through Too Good To Go so, the price was very reasonable for the amount of food given. Based on the prices I saw, even at regular prices it seems like a petty good value.
It looks like this place has a regular restaurant in Lake Forest. I will likely try then again so, yes, I recommend this place.
It was a great restaurant! I would recommend this place.
The place clean, organized, and the atmosphere was quite. We ate there on a Thursday around 4:30 pm. Place was not busy at all.
Our waiter was very honey, friendly, professional, and funny. He made us laugh quite a few times. He made us feel very welcome.
The food was also really good. Even though they gave us some soup on the house (Don’t remember what kind) but I couldn’t eat, I did not like. But it was just a personal preference, my wife and her friend loved it.
The other plates were awesome. My deluxe fried rice came with chicken, shrimp, and beef. It was delicious.
We enjoyed our time there, the waiter was very attentive.
The restaurant it’s located in a plaza on Trabuco Rd and Lake Forest Dr. Very convenient.
And you get fortune cookies and regular delicious cookies at the end.
I really enjoyed their chicken chow mein. I also had the plain fried rice which was only $2.50, egg drop soup and fried wontons, which came with my lunch and they were all yummy, as well. The wontons were served with sweet-and-sour sauce, and the sauce had a nice little kick, but not too much of a nice little kick. I usually don’t like those little kicks, but this time it was really good and I even ordered extra and added some to my fried rice. I dipped my fried wontons in the sweet-and-sour sauce, too, and that tasted really good! The egg drop soup was filling and flavorful, as well. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was more attractive than most Chinese restaurants I’ve been to.
I’m such a fan of Din Ho. This family owned restaurant consistently serves delicious food and their complete dinner is a nice added value. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered, highlights off the top of my head include: orange chicken, braised tofu (fried), broccoli beef, cream cheese wontons, house salad, hot and sour soup, kung pao chicken. This is the kind of Chinese restaurant I grew up on and I’m so glad they’re located so close to where I live (and now also on Door Dash!).
Din Ho Chinese Cuisine never disappoints. Their authentic flavors and generous portions keep coming back for a truly delightful dining experience!
Best Chinese restaurant in lake forest, I love the Mongolian beef soooo much
Nice place that's nearby, however the food tasted a little bland for our palates though other people might like it.
We stopped by for a lunch. The food was tasty and the lunch menu is a great value for money. Service was great. We would love to be back,
Pretty good place for Chinese food. It's got a bit more of an American taste. The spicy items isn't spicy at all. Personally, I didn't like the soup, but I highly recommend the house special chicken. It's pretty good; juicy and tender!
Amazing Chinese food! We had the Moo shoo pork, fried wontons, walnut shrimp, lemon chicken, spicy chicken, paper wrapped chicken and Kung pao chicken. But the best of the best was the beef and broccoli !!! This place beats PF Changs hands down!
