We dine at the patio last night. Weather was beautiful. Rocío, the owner and cook created us and we all six had fried tilapia. It was so good, rice was authentic Mexican. We've been going here since we moved to Highland village 3 years ago.
Breakfasts are great also.

Authentic Mexican food in a laid back atmosphere. Excellent flautas, burritos, and street tacos with heavenly guacamole to top it off. We'll be going back!

Wanted to like this place, it’s nearby and they had good reviews and good portion sizes, everything looked good and tasted good but it made me and my wife sick, we had it for breakfast so it was the first and only thing we ate so we sure it was the food from here. Disappointed and just can’t trust it anymore.

There were ants on the table, the meat was old and the service was not great.

Friendly service. $10 per plate is typical. Everything I tried was good. The menudo tasted bland bit once I shook the container (carry out) all the Spice flavors came up.

This is our favorite little Mexican restaurant. The prices are cheap, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is casual and quiet. We love everything on the menu here. Would highly recommend to anyone.
