I I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and a cheese quesadilla. through the drive-thru. cheesy bean and rice burrito had a hole in the side of it and tasted like water. more than a cheese the beans or rice. the cheese quesadilla. had onions and barbecue sauce little cheese and quesadilla sauce two of those ingredients don't belong. so big time cross-contamination. and it did not tastes good at all. take the more like a dirty steamer and barbecue sauce more than it tasted like a cheese quesadilla. also have very little quesadilla sauce. so a big part of the outer edges I mean like a good inch or two was nothing but to tortilla.

I am giving this crew 5 stars today. the only bad thing and I know it’s not their fault is Mexican Pizza’s we’re sold out.
The crew that is working today 6/2/22 @ 5:30 is phenomenal !!! Everything including the chips are so fresh! My taco looked like a commercial!

Very rude cashier. Visited today around 5:20 pm. I have a very nice thousand dollar bicycle which I rely on for transportation since I don't have a car. I obviously wouldn't leave this outside to be stolen because there is no chain cable or lock that could stop a thief from taking it. I walked in with it and went to place it out of the way. But all I hear is someone screaming "BIKE! OUTSIDE! THAT BIKE! GET IT OUTSIDE! NOW!" I said "Ok. Cool. I'm out." I would have been more than happy to just go through the drive through had she not been so rude about it. But why would I want to give money to a business that allows their employees to talk to me like a dog. I respect your establishment. It's fine if you can't allow me to bring my bike in. But let me tell you. That's a great way to greet your customers if your object is to lose them.

Went on through there last night and had a very nice guy at the window and very respectful. Got both of our orders right, food was all hot and everything was perfect. Ole dude through me a free taco, definitely gonna slide on back through there.

My mother had to go back to this place twice. First go around we ordered 12 tacos with no lettuce and low and behold the tacos were stuffed full of them, she called and complained and they told us to come back and they’ll make it right. We went back checked the tacos again and this time they were slathered with tons of sour cream to the point it falls apart when you pick it up. My mom called again and got hung up on, she then called the management and also the other lady on the phone threatened to hang up on her. So we don’t recommend this place unless you want poor customer service

We had a great experience tonight in the drive-through. Tacos were hot and soft and perfect combination of meat and condiments. The staff was nice and attentive. This is coming from a guy that dislikes Taco Bell, and I tell you tonight's service and food preparation was great. Way to go Prien lake rd. Taco Bell in Lake Charles LA.

Ordered a quesarito and was told it was only available if I ordered it online. That is unacceptable. Also they discontinued nacho fries? They get something really good and get rid of it?
