I dined in the service was prompt and courteous. I ordered the brisket=bland

I usually order the same thing, but each time it's just not the same. Not saying it's awful, but it's not consistent. Maybe having another option other than "American cheese" for sandwiches would a good start or at least make sure it's melted. Melted fake cheese is better than cold, un-melted cheese on a hot ham amd cheese sandwich.

Worst brisket and sausage I have ever had. Brisket was tasteless and no flavor. Also found a hair on my onion.
The two meat portion was absolutely tiny and when I asked for more meat they charged me for three meet.
Not worth $21!!!

We decided tried Barbecue West on the Weekend and I was not impressed at all. The mac n cheese was soggy and I got a 2 meat plate with Chicken and ribs and the guy didn't even ask me if I wanted white or dark meat. Both of course I decided to give them another chance and the food was some what better. I still didnt really get that barbecue taste, but the green beans were delicious and fresh and the service was good. I'm still not completely sold on this Place at all. Maybe I'll try one more time.

Always enjoy lunch here. They are always smiling and happy to see their customers. Almost feel like you are at Chick-fil-A. No seriously if you haven't given them a try you should you will not be disappointed.
