Very yummy authentic place! We ordered queso birria with a side of rice and beans, as well as six tacos de carne asada with just rice! Everything was amazing. Service was friendly as well
Fun atmosphere with delicious food! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I ordered the chicken enchilada dinner. My spouse ordered the footlong burrito. Very delicious! Also $6 margaritas during happy hour and they didn't hold back on the tequila. Would highly recommend!
Very friendly staff. Clean Restaurant. Food was good. Good prices. I prefer warm tortilla chips, rather than the cold ones they served. Tasty, and not too spicy, tortilla dipping sauce. Loved that it was over-accented with Cilantro. I enjoyed the Posole soup. It is tomato based with Pork pieces/h
Food was absolutely delicious! I got the Burrito Supreme with Steak. It tasted so good! The server I had was really nice, but took a bit to stop by when I was trying to get the check. It was right in the middle of lunch rush so I think she had other tables to serve.
Very beautiful, ethnic restaurant. The food was amazing and they give you a good amount for the price, would recommend for a great date night!
Great restaurant. Staff is more than accommodating. Food price is comparable to other places. Plenty of parking. Located at a fairly busy intersection, inside of a "strip mall" style setup with other businesses in the same overall building. Handicap accessible
I was recommend to Tacos el Norte by a friend. I have to say it was an amazing experience. The server/waitress were great! Have to say the tacos were the best I have tried since moving to Illinois. I could really taste the passion in the tacos. The ambiance was great and the Décor really matched the

Food was good, service was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. Would definitely recommend checking it out especially if you work in the area and are craving some decent authentic Mexican food.
Great Place!!! 2nd Visit.. had to stop on way back to Chicago
I ordered carry out on a lunch break. Single tacos are $2.50 each. I got one chicken and one steak with avocado added. It was delicious. It comes with hot sauce: one green one red. My co worker got shrimp tacos. She loved it. The restaurant is beautiful inside.
I have been coming here frequently for the last few years. Great place for margarita pitchers and tacos. Make sure you get there before 6pm on the weekends or you'll have nowhere to seat yourself.
I have been to a handful on these in the area. This is by far the best location! Food is delicious and friendly staff! Definitely coming back!
We had a family get-together after our grandson's graduation from Navy boot camp. The service was great. The food was good. I didn't report it, but there was a piece of burnt food like it broke off the grill. Other than that, all our family thought it was great. As a southerner we expect fresh b
