Pizza Hut

So disappointed! I ordered the Big New Yorker with EXTRA sauce. The pizza came with light sauce if any. The cheese and crust was burnt. I didn't find this out until I walked 20 minutes back to my apartment. I feel like I've been cheated. I was so excited to get this pizza :/ I wish I could have gotten what I actually ordered..

Before my comments, I want to say I understand Hawaiian culture and its impact on food. That said, as soon as we walked in, the employees were all on their phones, including the manager. They had no apologetic look whatsoever when we had to tell them we were ready to order. When we were ordering, an employee showed up late and the manager said out loud her password to the employee to sign-in. Employees were making our pizza without gloves on after they touched their hair. The food took about 15 minutes when we were the only one's ordering and all this said, the pizza tasted horrible. Normally I am not one to leave reviews since I am not picky, but man does this place need help.
