Love it!. We had our reception here and food was great! Staff is always friendly and they do a great job! We usually eat here at least once while were in town!
Very Expensive but nice. I have only been here for parties. The food is very filling. The taste is excellent even though they make so much at the same time for the event. My parents like coming here for dinner sometimes, but I don't think I would because of how expensive everything on the menu is.
Colonial Food and Entertainment. We went on a Monday night in March when they have their Colonial food and entertainment (January to March on Monday). The food was good and the price was very low for what you received. The entertainment was a musical duo and interpreters in colonial clothing. We had Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton. They were both very good. Highly recommended.
Grilled salmon w/ pineapple & peppers compote. Tice pilaf & perfectly cooked veggies. Presentation, not here. Dinner plate small 4 so much food, but tasted good. Apple dumpling & glass of Malbec completed meal.
Old Faithful. We love the Cock n Bull. Great burgers and fries. Consistently good and kid friendly. I hosted a party for 35 in one of the banquet rooms. Super reasonable prices and excellent food. Would have another party there.
We had a large party of friends celebrating the holiday and making memories. The food was great, service was great and accommodating and it’s a beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend it! The cauliflower wings are delicious and enough to be your meal. I shared a third of them and couldn’t eat the main course.
We came during a weekday around lunch time, originally they were mentioning we can sit in the bar area since we needed a reservation.
But after a bit we were able to be seated. The waitress was great and was able to make some great recommendations.
The restaurant itself was quite large. Also loved the Christmas decor!
Very good food here. The cider potroast was a little on the salty side but really good. Nice flavor and there were crispy potato pancakes under the beef. The beet salad and french onion soup were really tasty, the granola in the beet salad was wonderfully fresh and crunchy. The stuffed mushrooms were very good as well.
My husband loved the pear panacotta on gingerbread cake. The cake was well spiced. I got the brookie jar which has huge chunks of partially cooked (i think) cookie dough which was really tasty, super chocolatey brownie chunks, rice crispy treat chunks and chocolate mousse.
Service was good but took a long time because they were very busy. Wait staff never brough us bread like the other tables. Drinks were good as well. I had the Peddler's punch lightly spiked and it was very refreshing and tasty.
Really good food. I had beef burgundy and was amazing. The atmosphere and views were really good. You could see all outside decorations and the square. Make sure you make a reservation
I stopped in for an early lunch while shopping in the area. I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. It has such a wonderful old-fashioned colonial look to it. Upon entering, I was greeting warmly by the hostess, and my server was very friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered came out great. I got Dutch Burger, and it was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The restaurant itself is very spacious and clean. I think they have a decent sized menu and the prices are very reasonable. It is certainly a place I will visit again the next time I am in the area.
The food was absolutely incredible here. We stopped in for an early dinner and we loved the food. We absolutely loved the charcuterie board and forgot to take a picture but we also ordered a delicious risotto and pasta dish.
Great restaurant. Don't miss it if you're in the area.
There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it! The fried mozzarella was absolutely delicious, and the beef burgundy was just as good! It went better with a side of mash but the veggies were decent. The main course could benefit from some salt but over all would love to come again. ( just make sure you get the waiters attention for refills and the check… )
Really nice place. The food was good, but really salty.
Our entire meal was amazing! We had a fantastic anniversary with great food! We got a charcuterie board for the starter, steak and crab cakes for the entree and a brookie jar for dessert. Very friendly and kind staff. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
My husband and I stopped in the pub “the Red Fox Lounge” sat at the bar for lunch. The food was delicious and the bartender Brian could not have been nicer. It was a busy Halloween weekend, many people in and out and he was pleasant and made our experience very nice. Happy we sat at the bar, the other staff seemed flushed and agitated.
Very warm and welcoming ambience. If you are looking towards experiencing authentic American dishes, this is the place to be in Peddlers village. Absolutely amazing food!
