The restaurant is in the far back left side of the shopping center adjacent to the apartment complex. I got lost trying to meet friends here so hopefully you don't. Pictured: Pork belly - served with tempura poached eggs and slaw. The eggs had runny yolks and a crispy tempura coating. I don't know how they do this, but it is amazing! The pork belly is also very very good; crisp and topped with a subtle spicy sweet sauce. I would go back just for this dish. Not pictured: Cinnamon Bun - This was made in house and served with a generous dollop of sweet cream and orange zest. Not overly sweet, great for sharing and a good start for waking up those taste buds.

Fantastic food!! If you mix the pork belly with the cinnamon bun it becomes a new twist on chicken and waffles! It's insanely delicious! I had the shrimp and it was comfort in a bowl. YUM! I will say this isn't a Denny's or an iHOP so please don't order dishes like LAMB and be pissed because you had to wait more than 15 minutes. It was very ridiculous and unfortunate display of ignorance we had to watch. My 2yr son was showing better behavior than these two grown women. These dishes take time to prepare so please bring your patience with you and enioy!

"citrus popup" one of Diesels favorite past times is coming up with a menu every few months to a select few people to enjoy. What you see in these photos is there fruits of a lot of labor and love if food. As always these popup have a special place in my and my fiance's heart. Delicious food, amazing company. It doesn't get better.

Absolutely the most unique breakfast menu in OC (that ive ever found for sure). Amazing blend of asian influences and american breakfast concoctions. But also some craft takes on staple amerocan gluttony like cast iron cinnamon bun with espresson syrup and orange cream. Be still my clogged but barely beating heart! This time we had the mac n cheese (with shortribs and 2 sauces served cassarole style) the beef tongue with zinfandel poached egg and the crab etoufee stuffed crepe for all you cajun lovers. Get down here.

This place is nothing short of phenomenal. A fusion restaurant with master skilled chef inspired food. A casual vibe with perfect humble atmosphere. Food is so good, worth the price. Pictures below are of the Smoke Salmon with Savory Pancake and the awesome graffiti mural on the main wall.

I had the Ranchero Omelette. It was spot on. My buddy tried the French Toast and it was one of the best he's eaten. The coffee was hot and fresh and I was offered a refill. Clean restaurant and great service. I'll be back for sure.

Too many items to choose from, they all sounded great. We chose the Pork Belly and also the Shrinp. Pork Belly had a Tempura with a coddled eggs, kimchi and heavenly-tasting pork belly that melted in your mouth. Only thing missing was a cripy toasted bread. I'm coming back again.

Beautiful and uniquely composed dishes full of flavor. I make myself try a different entree each time we dine there. My husband usually likes "plain" food, but he has been adventurous here and enjoyed everything he has tried including the tempura eggs. Just don't mess with a good thing asking for substitutions or leaving ingredients out.

The BEST breakfast restaurant in So Cal. No joke. The owner and his family run the joint, and they care about your experience. The food is world-class and beyond anything you've had before. Definitely not for the pancake and bacon crowd. Think mimosa and gourmet bacon mac and cheese with a soft egg on top. Hell yeah!

If you're looking for a unique and different breakfast experience this place delivers. The dishes offer combinations of food and flavors that I personally have not experienced before, but very much enjoyed. Prices were a little more than a traditional breakfast cafe. The atmosphere is casual, and has a front patio for those who like to eat outside. The staff was prompt and friendly. I would recommend looking at the menu before committing to get an idea of what they serve. This is not a Denny's or I-Hop and that's why you come here.

The breakfast or brunches here are unrivaled. Creative exotic combinations -- so many fabulous choices you won't find anywhere else. To taste these masterpieces is to believe. It's food at a higher level, a gift to even the most discerning palates. Whenever within thirty miles of this wonderful restaurant, I always make a b-line there. Never disappoints.

This a nice low-key spot in Laguna Hills that serves brunch options. All the plates looked really good but I kept it simple with the Sausage and Rice option. The sausage has a sweet Hawaiian type flavor and comes with egg and rice topped with something I couldn't recognize. The plate was pretty good but it's hard to mess up a plate of this nature. There were some alcoholic options typical of brunch but I didn't try them this time. I would definitely give this a try again at full force with alcohol and all. Solid 4/5 until I try more.

Great, unique food with balanced flavors. I would give a 5 star but the last time I went midweek the host/waiter was very rude and cold and attitude-y, unlike the original staff I remember from a while back. I feel such a place has great food and but lately the warmth of the Vietnamese inspired interior decoration and design does not match the service.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in Orange County. The owner was lead chef at a five star hotel before he opened this unique gem. It serves a fushion of American, French and Vietnamese dishes. However, you'll need to be an open mind to truly enjoy the menu.

Friendly service and always a great dining experience. The unique food is a nice twist or simply new creations to the typical brunch selections. Love their homemade hot sauce! I had the pleasure of meeting head chef and owner, Dee Nguyen at a mutual friend's wedding long before break of dawn opened their doors. He's a very humble person and I admire what's he's created over the years.

Everything is delicious! The dishes are unique, highly flavorful and always prepared/cooked well. I've been here about a dozen times and never have had a bad meal. Highly recommend bringing friends and family here, especially if you're looking to impress them.
