I have been playing music in Italian restaurants for more than 20 years in Orange County and Romeo Cucina is, without a doubt, one of the best Italian restaurants in Southern California!
I had My wedding in here the all family went above and beyond to make sure my family with food Allergies were taking care of, and that everything was perfect awesome Italian Food, very attentive stuff I love the old Italian Feeling you get in this place so Classic a piece of Laguna Beach History Highly Recommended it

A perfect pop-in pasta spot for date night. Grapefruit Paloma + Pappardelle Boscaiola & (not pictured) Rigatoni Giulietta we’re all delicious. I’m particular about my pasta and their house-made noodles were AMAZING. Our server was very helpful when I was stuck between two options on the menu and kept our table very well.

Lots of great choices for Italian food lovers on the menu; hard to choose for our first visit. We enjoyed salad with salmon and a chef's special spghetti frutti di mare. Molto bene!

Everything on the menu is amazing. We ordered 1 of almost everything. Cameron, the bartender & server was excellent. Our Chef Antonio Romero came out to chat with us. Always feels at home.

The staff and chef/owner were so accommodating! My boyfriend ended up switching out his meal and they were so kind about it! They even gave us tiramisu as an anniversary treat!

We came for an early Valentine's dinner on super bowl Sunday. It's a beautiful restaurant and was decorated for Valentine's Day. It was uncrowded which was great. Our waiter was attentive and fast and the man assisting him with refilling drinks was SO pleasant and upbeat. It made the meal that much better. We ordered the mixed calamari which was good and that was the first time we had calamari with salmon nuggets. For our main course we had the pizza la Bianca which is a white pizza with mushrooms, truffle oil, mozzarella, and ricotta, It was unique and that brick oven pizza crust was SO GOOD! We ate every bite. For dessert we had the panna cotta with a raspberry coulis and we weren't a huge fan of that. The raspberry sauce was very good. The consistency of the panna cotta was too much like ricotta cheese instead of simply heavy cream and gelatin like we have had in the past.
We got off to a shake start when we were checking in for our reservation. A rude woman behind us barged in and distracted the person checking us in. We got a table, not a booth. The rude woman got the booth. We saw a booth ready to be cleared and asked to be seared there. They graciously accomodated us and moved us to the both. The service was very good and the food was exceptional. Be sure to request a booth when making reservations. Enjoy!
Great ambiance and attentive staff! Love the girl playing the violin in the restaurant, it added more charm to the place. We tried their bolognese and pesto tortellini and we definitely love the tortellini! The bolognese need more sauce. Overall, it was a great dining experience here! Highly recommend!

This place is Pure Pleasure from the Food to the Service & Atmosphere. My waiter was so accommodating & had a Great attitude, he made my visit a joy. The food speaks for itself. My boyfriend had the Ribeye pictured which was Absolutely mind-blowing Cooked to Perfection ✨
