The customer service is pretty excellent here. Today on 1/20/21 at 4:30 PM. I had one of the worst experiences. The sales person was a young female with the glasses. She was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional!!! I was in the drive thru ready to purchase my food. I asked to use the Apple Pay. She lied and told me it didn’t extend that far. Secondly, I ordered avocado toast … the normal. The avocado was cold. Not room temperature but ice cold. She informed that’s the way it is. I’ve eaten from various Dunkin Donuts and it has never been as cold as it was today. I decided not to purchase it. I wanted a refund. Drove around to the front to get a refund for the purchase. She ask why. I told her again the avocado spread is extremely cold. I don’t want it. She said, “Well you will have to wait until I get the manager’s approval.” I said “No problem.”After about 5 to 10 minutes. She fully refunded for the purchase. The young lady is quite unprofessional and very obnoxious… she needs to be retrained. The 2 young guys are awesome. .

I just got an iced coffee from this dunkin, and I can say that this may be the most disgusting coffee i’ve ever tasted, that was the only time i’ve ever gone to this dunkin, and it will be the last.

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. This is a vanilla chai. After all the froth goes away this is all you get. I haven’t taken a single sip. This is what they call FULL! Happens all the time. Won’t be going back.

the friendliest dunkin i’ve been too! the girls in the morning are the best. it makes my day when i see them! the food is always hott and the drinks are always perfect. if i can give them a more stars, i would. they deserve it!!

Waited in line for 10 minutes after getting my coffee for a chocolate chip muffin. The woman behind the counter comes out and told me something about a muffin. Could not understand what she was saying because of the mask she wad wearing and behind the plastic barrier. I asked again still could not understand her. I left the coffee on the counter and left after wasting about 15 minutes there. This mask nonsense has got to end.

This is not the Dunkin closest to me but I do stop at this one occasionally when I am passing through. The people who work here are always exceptionally friendly and seem to always try to be overly helpful and I really appreciate that. I stopped here yesterday for my usual pumpkin lattes to get me through the day and I made the mistake of not trying them until I was half way home. I was very disappointed and I am not really sure what was done wrong but I just simply couldn’t drink any of either.. the taste was awful 😞 I was in a rush and unable to turn around so I ended up having to stop at another Dunkin’ (yes I needed my coffee lol) and spent another 10 dollars. This is not the first time this has happened and I always forget by the next time I’m in the area. Then, I got home and today was my husbands birthday. He had asked me for one thing when I went in, a blueberry glazed donut along with a couple for my girls and when I opened the box there was no blueberry donuts to be found..instead Bavarian cream 🤔. I was really bummed by the whole experience today..if I do stop here again I’ll make sure to try my coffee and check my things before leaving.

Very fast service. The only problem I've had with them is that they'll close before stated hours. My family and I have ordered through the app, going by the stated hours, and arrived and saw they were closed. This was a couple of years ago, so maybe things have changed. But recent visits have been great.
