Large Chocolate hot fudge shake was lacking chocolate fudge flavor. Had more vanilla ice cream with small whirls of chocolate. Parking spaces see. To be very narrow and road way is too narrow if pickup is parked in order spot.

OMG! First off, the young lady who served us was as nice as could be and everything bad was out of her control. The burger I ordered was disgusting..look at the pictures. That's what I was given after I got the wrong one. I had ordered a double and I'm almost positive that they just reopened the wrong one which must've been at least and hour old, and slapped another (obviously old) pattie on it then wrapped it up in the same wrapper. I'm fully aware that this is fast food and the bar is set pretty low...but this was almost comically bad. I've been in retail/service for years and this was more than just an off day. I rarely leave a one star but in this case I have no choice. The strawberry cheesecake shake was good...I'll give them that.

I went for Route 44oz drinks for th family before happy hour was over. They were nice enough to hand me two for the front and put two in the console of my back seat. Greatly appreciated the customer service.

Food was tasty! Only problem we had was we had ordered bacon double cheeseburgers and paid for that and we got single bacon cheeseburgers. We brought it to their attention, they corrected the problem, we just had to wait longer for our food.

I placed an order for 4 drinks. I waited in the drive through line for a while before seeing one of the employees peek out of the door on his cell phone. The same employee handed 4 extra drinks to the person in front of me. When I pulled to the window, I was quoted the wrong price. The employee seemed more concerned that he gave away $9 worth of drinks, but he told me to pull to the side. After seeing two orders behind me get filled without anyone asking me about my order, I went inside and asked. Obviously, I was flustered -- but the shift manager made a point to shoe away her employee and state "she's just a rude customer." I'm sorry, I work in retail, I know what's acceptable, and clearly this location does NOT care about the customer. I will not be returning, and I will be voicing my opinion to other patrons. Shame on the Sonic crew!

The last few times we have been to the Sonic the service was TERRIBLE! Waited over 45 mins for a hamburger! My husband went today to get two burgers and an order of cheddar peppers, a cup of ice...... received total and she said $22! That is ridiculous! He told them to figure that again because it was not right and they argued that it was right!!! What is wrong with the people down there??? Bring back Dell as manager, he always fixed a problem! I must say now that this Sonic is one of the worst we have been to!!!
