I used the app to order for 3 on the way in from parking. It was a few minutes, but we actually got our order before 1 person that was inside and had obviously ordered before we did. We had a pleasant dining experience in the remodeled restaurant. The staff is very attentive and mindful of congeniality. The decor is easy on the eyes, and it feels open and relaxing. There is a digitally enhanced table with a game built into it.

The staff at this particular location makes all the difference. They greet their customers warmly and will help a stranger choose, especially someone like me who didnāt even know what they serve for breakfast. I was told about the specials and they even made a fresh burrito for me. Not every McDonaldās is the same and this is one great example.

Cheyenne is the only reason why I will return here. I told her the problem and she corrected it on the spot, unlike the manager working that evening. McDonald's...you have a jem in Cheyenne...if she ever needs a job in customer service, I'll hire her.

I won't even be exaggerating when I say the sauce is NEVER in the bag. Then when you tell them, they only give you one whenever you bought a chicken nugget kid meal AND chicken tender meal.
Anytime I've gotten a biscuit, the bread is so hard it's unappetising.
We've decided to just go to the other McDonald's out of the way because, no joke, the orders are always missing something or there's too many ingredients that we asked to not have on it.

This MacDonald used to be decent, now there rude can never get your order right. I don't understand it's not that hard. I don't think they have good management or things would be alot better. They just need to work on it.

I order a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and I only get 5 chicken nuggets... I mean come on my 4 year old can count to 6... I was asked 4 separate times do you want sauce with those nuggets.. I reply yes sweet and sour... they hand me all my food and guess what no sauce, look in my bag and my cheese burger is not even completely in the wrapper and tell me again why you should make $15/hr

Order a #2 cheeseburger meal the people working did not no how to ring it up or what it was or what came with it after 10 mins they rang it up I payed for it 5.80 I gave them a 10 ya your right I had to ask 3 times for my change they did not wont to give me they ask for my receipt to c it and I said u did not give me one 25 mins in there had to wait on food make them give me change o and two sweet tea things both out food and trash all over the place and I did not get a receipt to call and tell them what I think on 9/12/16 at 6:30 i would Fire everyone in there if the health department would have came in they would have shut them down on the spot ONE PISS OFF MCD'S NOT FAN NO MOREĀ”!!!!!!!!!!!!
