I placed an online order for pickup for a burrito bowl and chips & queso, but instead of telling me they were out of chips they just let me realize it later. Only the burrito bowl and a cup of queso were in my bag. Not great customer service. Oh, and I was still charged for the full amount.

Busy today, but fairly quick and friendly service. Love that we can eat with special diet restrictions and our daughter loves the hard taco kids meal that includes chips and a drink on the side.

I recently had a horrible experience at this Lafayette restaurant. I ordered catering to be picked up a few days before and when I arrived to pick-up my food in the early evening, the restaurant was closed. Despite receiving an email confirmation a day before, I did not get a call or email afterwards saying my order could not be fulfilled. Chipotle charged me for a big meal I ordered but didn't give me any of the food! I've been trying to get my money refunded, but their customer service is a complete joke and they make you go online to fill out your complaint and then you have to wait for someone to contact you back. It's absurd and a horrible way to handle customer service complaints. I've tried calling their hotline and no one can help me. I'm very disappointed and won't be supporting this restaurant again in the future.

Love chipotle , I would say to manager to train their staff better though .
I got a triple steak burrito bowl tonight Tuesday at 8pm for regular price , I tried calling the store to let them know , the guy didn’t care or labeled lack of attention is costing you money

They need to up their QC and training. On deliveries over half the time there's missing food and the food isn't quite up to the level of other stores.
Edit: Follow up. The last few times, they've improved. So kudos to the manager. Keep it up.
