This was our first time visiting here. We live in Texas and were here for a softball tournament. It was okay. The food was not fresh unfortunately. The items we did eat tasted good but would have been so much better fresh. The service was good and the employees were nice.

Lotus garden restaurant serve Chinese cuisine. This place also serves buffet at lunch and dinner time that includes fried rice, Noodle, orange chicken, fish, shrimp, beef, grill, hibachi, fruits and so on. During weekdays dinner it cost $12 for per adult person. Food taste is not so great. Food taste is okay but loved their hospitality and service. They charge extra 3% ( after prices included tax) if you want to pay money by card. It's absolutely ridiculous.

It's good food don't get me wrong, but pricey for the quality.
And the manager or owner (no idea) yelled across the restaurant at the waitresses to 'hey, stop talking!' And then said directly to me...'that's why they don't make any money'
I don't think I'll go back.

We walked in, the restaurant was empty. We sat down and the lady went get our drinks. We use to come all the time and loved the food. Today we got up and walked around the buffet to get our food. Everything didn't look pleasing at all. Not as much stuff they use to have. We sat down to eat and couldn’t even eat it. We tried to get another plate of something different but everything just looked so nasty. So we were just ready to leave at that point. When we go to pay we had just let them know that everything just wasn’t fresh and just not good. Her exact comment was “well I eat it everyday” If the food is bad thats one thing. But if service isn't even good thats another. We will never be attending here again.

Love Lotus Garden! The food is very good & is always as I expect it to be. We enjoy the family times we have here. Today we celebrated a birthday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Worst buffet experience I've had for as long as I can remember. Everything on the buffet was OLD, extremely old. It was disgusting. My kid took a bite of what was supposed to be general tso chicken and it was solid fat. We couldn't even force ourselves to eat the food. We left feeling nauseated and robbed that we paid 80$ for food that wasn't even edible.

The food is very filling and delicious, with the waiters being very sweet and make sure you have a wonderful experience. I recommend getting the general chicken, it is delicious.
