This place has been our family’s favorite sandwich shop for years. It is always clean and the staff are always nice and professional. My favorite is the Italian and it never disappoints!
Terrible service. The website says they open at 1030am, there are no new posted hours on the door. Waited 10 minutes for them to open only for the employees to see us waiting outside and completely ignore us. 2 other people were waiting in addition to us...Won't be back, went to Jersey Mike's. Also

Yummy pastrami. It is the only sub chain I have tried that does pastrami, so I will definitely be back! And I love that they ask you to round up your check to help front line workers. That's pretty cool!
Ordered through Doordash, waited 45 minutes and got a call from Doordash 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be delivered stating they had to cancel. When I asked why, they stated they just could not fulfill the order; no other reason given. That is completely unacceptable and poor custome
Went to Firehouse Subs on Saturday April 24th, 2021 between the time of 1:30pm and 2:00pm. The sandwiches never disappoint but on this day the employees did. I am sure employees go through a on-boarding process of what to do, what "NOT" to say when getting hired. But then again I maybe mistaken. The
Very unwelcoming experience. First we weren’t told the toaster wasn’t working so all our subs bread was cold and breaking apart. Also, zachariah the gentleman came over and ripped the tables that we put together apart seconds after we stood up to leave and gave us a dirty look and as we were leaving
