Review Starbucks - Lafayette

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!!! All their employees are so nice and friendly they always make you feel welcomed. They also have a great connection with customers and positive attitudes.Elizabeth truly cares for her employees. They always make my complicated drink on point. This is by far the best Starbucks that there is I will always be a regular to them.♥️

This is a very unorganized location. Twice, we ordered bulk items for our events and both times they “forgot” to peewee it. The second time, while we were waiting, asked if they could give us coffee since it was going to be a while and they asked us to pay for that too! Customer is not the king at this location.

Quick drive-thru experience, but need to pay a little more attention in the headset, and from one fellow barista to another, don't forget the sleeves for hot teas and hot venti drinks!

Love the new place. Not as crowded as the old location. Plenty of seating for everyone including handicapped. It's huge but still not as big as the Greenwood Village location. This location does have meeting room seating with a large table for 12 people. This location now has a drive through. Diabetic-friendly food options available.

*sigh* Worst Starbucks location in the area. I would say the staff is nice, and most of them are, but there are a few that are completely unfriendly at best so it sort of cancels. This, on top of the fact that half of the time my drink is wrong has really just made going here a generally unpleasant experience. Also, dining is open, but unlike all other coffee shops in the area there is no condiment bar so you still can’t add your own cream/sugar which I find maybe a little more aggravating than I should. End of 2021 Update: Adding to this that they still have the slowest drive through. I can drive up 287 and go to the other Starbucks by Walmart or in king sooper in less time than it takes to sit at this drive through. The sign that says “thank you for your patience we are training new baristas” has been out since at least February 2021. Updating this review as I’m sitting in what looked to be a short line (only a few cars) going on 15 minutes now. 2022 update: They are now giving me a hard time about ordering half and half on the side. Maybe if they opened their condiment bar back up this wouldnt be an issue. Regardless, I don’t feel they should argue with me about my preference for having a very small amount of half and half on the side of my espresso…. 2022 update part 2: How does this place keep getting worse? I guess a more important questing is why do I keep finding myself here?

This is hands down the nicest Starbucks in the area. One day a barista noticed I had been a frequent customer and showed initiative beyond her role by introducing herself during quieter hours. I found this to be quite a pleasant and friendly gesture which represents the overall kindness of the staff and ambiance of this particular Starbucks. On that note, Molly aka "The Super Barista of South Boulder" ROCKS and the rest of the staff is truly exceptional! They are always literally on the grind with the drive thru and in-store customers. Thank you for all for your hard work day in and day out!

DO NOT PLACE MOBILE PICKUP ON THE WEEKEND! POINTLESS!! Their lobby is closed, you still have to wait in drive thru. Short-staffed excuses getting old. Management ALWAYS blames corporate. Give me a break. Take some initiative and do better for your customers. There is no reason you can't at least KEEP YOUR LOBBY OPEN for MOBILE TO-GO orders with a sign in the lobby by the register that says no dine-in orders, drive-thru orders only. Furthermore, there is no notice on the APP or Google Maps that this lobby is closed on the weekends to warn of this. This has always been the slowest Starbucks and worst customer service in the area, I try to avoid going here.

They made my mocha with sugar free chocolate syrup which absolutely ruined it. This is our only negative experience here however. We come here regularly and every other time we've come it's been perfect and perfect. The staff is very friendly and very nice. The drive-through is a little slow but it's on a busy intersection so I'm sure that's why.
