I normally give 5 to every restaurant but they don't accept csl plasma pay card if that's still the issue with your system it's not the customers job to fix ur POS systems store manager should of been fixed the issue. Store and it's workers A1 no attitude with my attitude even tho I did bring it in with me I bout the 5 for 4 cheap didn't know the cup was small should of been warned but food great and it's next to Walmart I got my drink over there

Got the 2 for 5$ pluss large drink. Got to the window the lady rang up the wrong order,so the manager bought my meal for me. Thats the kind of service that keeps ppl comeing back.

Covid-19 has been going on for 8 months. Update your hours!! Came through at 11 30pm when your hours Stat drive thru open until 1 am. Plenty of time to update every other restaurant has updated hours no issues!!

I would give this location a 0 if I could. Have been to this Burger King multiple times after Wal Mart runs due to the fact that we live about half an hour from Lafayette. Have NEVER had as much of an issue as we did last night after we left the emergency room at IU due to my girlfriends hand. It was 10:30 and was not scheduled to close until 11. Anyways we get there and wait about five minutes before it’s our turn to order in the drive thru. The girl on the other end of the speaker was unbelievably rude and interrupted me every other word with ‘what else’ ‘what else’ ‘what else’ and then at the end very rudely stated ‘pull forward’ without leaving our order on the screen or reading it back to see if she got everything due to the many rude interruptions. We wait about 10 more minutes in the line. Get up to the window and she very rudely gives (throws) us our stuff at the window. I sit there to take a sip of my drink to make sure it was Vanilla Coke since she assured me it was then went to go through our bag to make sure it was all there. Due to this very young rude cashier, we were missing a whopper which she threw a huge fit about and when she told the cooks she needed one she was muttering under her breath and when the cook asked her something she stated very loudly ‘I don’t care. It’s not my sandwich.’ For the first whopper I had asked for Mayo and pickle. Come to find out due to her rushing, she had them put TOMATO and pickle on it. Overall, this one worker convinced me and probably other disappointed customers in the drive thru to not return to this Burger King and drive the extra miles for a different one. Very very disappointed.

$30 order, a $9 meal and you forget the SANDWICH!!! We weren't given a receipt, sat in drive thru over 15 minutes. We live almost 45 minutes away so it's not like I can run back up and get it. My husband and teenager end up splitting my teenagers food only to discover the lettuce on the chicken jr is rotten. We watched the cashier at drive thru sucking on a shake walking around not doing her damn job, but then forgot the most expensive items we ordered. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!
