New Manager Trish, has really driven this store down hill. Every time I go through the drive thru and she's working or taking orders, it's wrong. Every single time. Its ridiculous that she can't get my order right ONCE. Its been months now of this and it's just obnoxious to have to deal with someone

Ordered through the app at 5:01am right when they opened. I got there about 5-10min later, I went inside to pickup & only 1 lady was working. The driver through had a line. They tv showed my order was ready... it was not! I didn't get my order until almost 5:25am!! Ridiculous!!! And for some reason

The staff were really great and understanding to me. I was honestly really disoriented by the menu but the barista calmly explained things to me even when I was being obtuse. I thank her so much for her patience. The place looked clean, although my brother said the males bathroom was very disordered
