Food was good. First time in a Wings Etc. Liked the decor...music was acceptable level, T-shirts are hilarious. Would go back. Nachos were good but not large enough for 4 as the menu suggests. Server was a Debbie Downer. Asked what city we were in and she said Lafayette, trash city. Didn't know the menu...Caribbean jerk wings that she said were not that hot....was slow on refills...got mine after finishing. She also sort of hanged over the customers by the back of the seat partition from behind...too close, back off.

The food was great. The wings were perfectly crispy, and the sauces were amazing. That's to be expected. What we didn't expect was the incredible service. We showed up right about 12 pm. The waiter, Mercer, was a riot. Hilarious and funny, he also seated us and took our order before even clocking in. Checked on us regularly, got my wife a coffee fresh just for her, and made the whole experience fantastic. His beer selections for me were right on the mark! We will be back for the great wings, but also just for him.

Really bad service again. Food was great and came out quick. But server only came to take order and bring food. Waited for 15 minutes to ask for a box, went to bar to ask for help, and finally walked out. Left cash on the table for the total. I'm not quick to say I won't go back, but I won't. Too many times I've had bad service. Update: The owner provided a comment below with an email address to contact about a remedy. After emailing twice, there was no response. While we are always thankful for a post, posting in this way without a return answer almost makes the problem even worse.

I just ordered through door dash and called them because I did not receive all of my order. They told me I would have to come pick up my missing items or be credited... then the manager hung up on me. When I called back, he wouldn’t even get on the phone and made someone else talk to me. Now I am told that I need to call door dash to dispute and get a refund... very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from the again. I videoed the conversation and I am sending it to corporate. This is rediculous! I do not recommend! My ribs came with no bbq sauce and I did not get my side! I got plain box of ribs... and paid for delivery.

Waitress was not very good. Food took forever to actually make it to our table and was room temperature by the time we got it. Husband said the ribs were decent and I LOVED the spicy cheese curds (they just tasted so fresh). Maybe not enough workers? Just not impressed this round.

I love Wings Etc. I have been eating there since they opened their first store in South Bend. It breaks my heart that this location is so bad. Good luck getting any service there. And the food is NO WHERE near the quality that I used to enjoy in South Bend. We've been there several times where the staff egnored us to the point that we got up and left. I work hard for my money. I'm not about to BEG the staff at this location to take it from me. We have always been treated well at the Meijer location. I'll drive the extra miles for those who appreciate my business.

Sat in the family section, had to try to distract my small children from hearing the f word in TWO of the songs playing. Had to walk to the bar to get a drink because our waitress wasn't around. Waitress made a mistake ordering our food so I had to wait for my food while everyone else ate (seems that that would call for a discount on the meal...nope)

Placed my order to be ready at 1:00 for my 30 min lunch. Got there 1 person spoke to me and I didn't get my meal until 1:14 and was late getting back to work. What's the point of a time frame? No other workers acknowledged me while passing me... huge disappointment

Wings are pretty good and it's near my house so I go every other week or so. I know ranch costs extra on "wing night" but I usually get it for free with my rib tips that I order "dry". Tonight the server insisted on charging and claimed there was no way not to even though I've not paid before. The extra charge for the ranch negated the savings for "wing night". Not such a good deal anymore.

If i could leave a -10 stars i fucking would. We waited 20 min to even be greeted with an empty lobby. I feel sorry for our waiter. It was his second day and didnt even have a trainer with him. Our food was served cold. Only option was 20% off. We contemplated just walking out because we were there for over two hours because of their shitty service.

Wow is all I can say. 45 minutes to get our appetizer. Haven't been given a drink refill since I've been here either. Avoid this place at all costs. So sad to have to avoid a place so close to our home. Guess it's BW3 from now on!!

I was very surprised with being the first group in the place (yes we were a large group) but it should not have taken as long as it did. We had to wait to order, we had to wait an hour or more for our food, and then had to wait on our checks. It was unacceptable at best.

Waited around 45 minutes for food last night. Had one girl working the bar side and had a problem with cheese for my friends food. They re made our food and made things right with us for the problems. I appreciate our server's efforts and the manager on duty for keeping a couple of repeat customers happy.

My wife and I didn't get our sides and I received no refill on my drink. There were 3 tables of people so it's not like they were busy. Terrible service and we won't go back.

Terrible service once again. Got put on hold for ten fucking minutes. Hung up and called back and just rings busy. This is the second time this has happened! But they are under new management? It was finefor about two visits and now back to the same shitty ways. Its to bad because the food isnt bad. So once again had to call west lafayette and talk to nate to get it figured out.

Not a HUGE bar food guy, but the boneless wings and wrap I had were good. Kelsey Simms played basketball for me when she was in High School, so it was great to catch up with her! You need to give her a large raise! :-)

We got an order from hungry boiler. The driver waited 15 min for our food and when it got here (he stopped right after he got it) the fries were cold and not done all the way, my bf got the wrong order, and my wrap was so soggy I couldn't eat most of it, just scraped out the chicken. Never again.
