My waitress Katie was absolutely amazing! I have been back 3 times because of her alone. All the girls are great, but Katie is my favorite and she is gorgeous on top of that. The food is also hot and fresh. I will definitely be back.

Tried the unreal wings, they were better than expected. Would say for meat eaters ,though, that the real wings are better. Otherwise the service was good.

The frosted mugs are great when drinking draft. While capacity of public restaurants is at a minimum this is a great place to eat. Food was hot and served within a normal frame. The waitress I had named Liv was very thorough with making sure I was taken care of.

Visit was.12/23/20. Took 20 min to get our drink and food order in. When our food finally arrived the fries were piping hot! Unfortunately the wing were not even room temperature. I told my waitress and she didnt even offer to have them remade. She only offered to put them in a to go box. That right there ticked me off, so I told her just to take it off our bill. Also she never brought my 4 yr old his chocolate milk!

Used to eat here all the time, since they first opened, but in the last 6 months, this place has gone down hill so much that after tonight, unless management and the cooks change, I'll never go back. I was in there with two other guys, they got their orders and were almost done eating and I still hadn't received my order. This was in no way the waitress's fault, she was excellent, the cooks and manager are a total joke ! After an hour of waiting, I paid for my beer, tipped my waitress and explained to her I was sick of waiting, she understood. As I was going back to tell the others I was leaving, the so-called manager brought my order. I explained how I felt very nicely about the situation and then he had the balls to tell me not to disrespect him ! That was it for me. Unless Corporate steps in and makes some changes fast, I'll be surprised if this place is still open for very long... Definitely NOT worth the waste of time or money. Too bad, because it used to be a great place to eat, good food and good service, not any more...

If you like lots of long hair flipping around your food, this is the place for you. They should worry a little more about the food and health issues than how big boobs and panty-shorts gets them attention. Going in as a couple in their 50s doesn't get you much service when there are young, flirty guys at the next table. Please go back to sweet, sexy girls SERVING good food.

I'll never go back again. My waitress was so worried about flirting with the guy at the next table she took my drink, food and my debit card to his table and he had to tell her that it wasn't his. She never once asked if my food was ok, which it was great, so hats off to the cook. She never asked me if I needed anything. She just sat at his table playing with her hair and giggling at everything he said. But as I was looking around I seen 3 waitresses sitting at 1 table that had only 1 customer at it so it must be normal there. There was however, 2 waitresses there that were taking great care of their customers and working their asses off. But with all this said...at least the food was great.

It took 30 minutes to get my COLD wings!! �My drink was empty most of my meal. Hooters use to be good! $17.09 for nasty cold food. Server didn't even offer to discount my bill. Very disappointed.

Dad used to treat me and Mom to Mother's Day lunch every year before the cancer. We decided he would want us to keep going even if he's gone. So on May 21 we got together with my brother, his family friend and 2 of my kids to celebrate. Mike found a beard hair in his food and asked the waitress to take it to the cook it belonged to and ask if he wanted it back. I watched her walk directly to the trash, look at us, and throw it away without even bothering to address it with the cook or discounting it. Mike didn't want to ruin our day with an argument, but it's my opinion the waitress was already responsible for that. Gross and rude.

My family and I went on 6-24-17, we had a certificate for 50 free wings. The Manager Josh was super friendly, he came by our table multiple times to check on us and ask us how we were doing. Our server Samantha was amazing, our drinks were never empty, she was super attentive and had a great attitude. The food was great, nice and fresh, hot and steamy when brought to the table. We were very impressed with the whole experience at this restaurant. The staff went above and beyond for us totally. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves wings and likes good service.

Excellent service from Jelena last night. The smoked wings were awesome, and the Daytona wings were great too. The breaded wings were as always, good but a little greasy. But all the food was good and served quickly, and again Jelena was a rock star as my waitress.

Don’t get endless wings on Monday. Or don’t have Kat as a waitress. One of the two. I ordered endless wings, got my first set in an ok amount of time. Ate those, (rather quickly, they were great) but have since been waiting for my second round. I’m still waiting as I write this review, and it’s been about a half hour since ordering our second round. Tables next to us being served and checked on and the works, while we sit here ignored. I love hooters and their wings, but would not go back to this location again.

Great service and food. Yes food. But your corporate tattoo policy for the waitresses sucks! Let them show their tattoos or make everyone in the restaurant cover them up!
