Literally always something at this McDonalds. Cash only, no ice cream, no Frapes, long wait times, one drive thru lane closed. If you must have Mickey D's go to the franchised store on Veterans. Don't bother with this mismanaged mess.
App allows you to pick up in store, but they still have the lobby locked. So, I’m standing in the drive thru line out in 20 degree weather waiting for my food.
Horrible. The lady got my order wrong at the drive thru then went to the first window had the wrong order but just said ok. Got to the second window and they got my order wrong again so we had to pull up to the 3rd window. When we got the food it was wrong as well.
