Review Denny's - Lafayette

There's something comforting about Denny's. I'm a big fan of their Ultimate Omelette

My guest ordered the Sriracha burrito with hashbrowns and I got biscuits and gravy plus bacon and sausage. Everything was above average in taste and the way it was prepared. It was delivered to our table quickly and still hot. Including coffee and a soda, the total bill was just $21. The portion sizes were large and we had to take half the burrito home. This was the best experience I've ever had at this Dennys.

Anne was a very nice waitress and did a fantastic job. Everyone did a good job of being safety conscious and the food was hot and delicious. Their kid menus are great for my 5 year old who loves sweets and the 2 year old who is lactose intolerant. Always good to find a place that gives various options.

Late night and friendly staff! It was taking a bit to get the good my sis and I ordered so the waiter was super kind and kept checking on us! Plus everyone was super loving and kind, we aren't related by blood and get a lot of hate because people think we're dating at first - but they were super welcoming!

Patricia was our waitress & she was stupendous! She made everyone at our table feel very welcome and was really knew the menu. My younger sister had some interesting substitutions to her order, and she wrote it down and made it happen! Really appreciate her patience with us while dealing with another customer who was being a bit abrasive. She truly embodies customer service & Denny's in Lafayette should be so lucky to have her on the wait staff.

Extremely slow service. Staff running around bumping into each other, it was chaos. They need some better training and supervision. Food was up to Denny's standards.

June 20,2018 Denny's of Lafayette IN on St Rd 26. You use to have to stand in line to get in this place. Not this day. There might have been 10-15 customers at 630p. We got seated real quick, no waiting. The was a foul smell. The waitress said it was the drains. I wished We had left but I was very hungry and so were the kids. Good waitress. Food was slow and awful. Simple eggs and sausages, bacon. Pretty bad. $40. For 3 of us. Never again..

The food was good, and the service was good. Whenever I'm out riding and get hungry I try to find me a Denny's. The prices are reasonable (my opinion), the food is always good and the staff is generally friendly and helpful.

1 hour 40 minutes after we walked in the door we were finally leaving. Took a few minutes to be seated which I understand. Had our drink order pretty quick. Took another 10-15 for our waitress to take our order. As we waited for our food they seated a group of 25 very loud people all around us. Eventually enough people left and this group moved together, still next to us. As we continued to wait for our food we couldn't even hear each other talk it was so loud. Over an hour had past and still no food. I was starting to wonder if our waitress even remembered to put in our food order. Then it finally came out. Our waitress asked if we got everything and we said yes, never did see her again. I had the slamburger, my egg was over cooked and hamburger was crumbing into pieces it was so dry. Had to walk up front to ask for a box for my child's food because I wasn't sitting there any longer and the check. When paying they asked if everything was okay. We told them no. And they asked if it was because of how loud it was. Then said "well at least you get to leave I have to stay here with them."

Walked in and waited 3 minutes to be acknowledged just to have a waitress look at us and walk to the back. Very dead atmosphere. Maybe 6 other families dining in. Got seated and waited 13 minutes for anyone to come to our table. A waitress walked around asking the other customers, that have already been served, how they were and said they would get back to us! Really?! We never even were asked what we wanted to drink. Because everyone that has already been helped needs more attention than the people that have been waiting... this place used to be great. I'll never go back.

Worst Denny's experience ever. One may expect a less-than-ideal experience when going to Denny's to begin with, and being a slightly buzzed, I was totally ok with that level of expected service. Boy was I wrong. The other waitress seemed to be doing just fine. Not ours. She wasn't even sure she brought out the right order. She forgot to ring in half of it, we had no silverware, so I grabbed it myself from the service station, then got the other half of our order and my bf's eggs like 10 minutes later. Another table was seated and ordered after us, had their food, and left before we finally received all of our food that was half cold. I usually don't care enough to take the time to write a review but this was bad.

A service was bad worse service I had ever there it took forever to be seated and then you had to go up and ask them to refill coffee the waiter was pretty bad he didn't ask for refills he didn't ask anything like how's was your food nothing like that then we ask for coffee to go he didn't top it off

Worst service around!! The server could careless about the customers! From the time order is taken to never receiving our food- 40 minutes!!

Our waiter was rude, and he left before he was done taking care of us. Another waitress had to do it. So, we gave her the tip instead!!! The food was excellent though!!!

Go in there usually between 1am to 6am to eat breakfast waiters are always friendly and take good care of us no complaints

Was there yesterday it was my Birthday and the food was really good!! The wattres I had was very nice and helpful!! Getting my food we had to wait for few, but over all was good!!!

Our waiter Jade was very nice and polite. Food came out hot and tasted good.

Watched a waitress open a salad mix bag with her mouth....

Had an awesome waitress, which I got her name. We had little ones with and she did everything to try to helps us keep the happy till fun got there....will be back

I wish you could give no stars. Waiter came to table to tell us he couldn’t take our order because there were people in front of us. Then took orders for the tables that came in after us. Ordered food 50 minutes ago and still no food!! Place has maybe people at 10 tables. Waiter said he only had one straw and we should fight over it. Worst service ever!

Dennys needs new management! She was rude at staff in front of customers. She is a short blk lady.. Edwina was an amazing waitress!
