The manager is great I've only had terrible experiences with everyone else here Had mobile order set for 6pm, I arrived at 6:10, no other customers in store The worker was busy talking to her friend and even after I arrived wouldn't even start making my order until I spoke over their conversation asking if my order was ready

Frozen Time

The manager has great customer service skills but everyone else has no idea what customer service is. For the last two days I've been completely ignored when entering the facility for lunch. I will go elsewhere for lunch from now on.

My family and I were preparing to host a small funeral meal after my grandmother’s passing. I called this subway to see if they would do an emergency platter as we were running short on food. The girl that answered the phone was kind and courteous and they made us a platter in minutes. This location is definitely faster than Jimmie Johns and my family and I are forever grateful for the kind and quick services you offered to us in a time of need.

Subway on 52 & 26 was close during operation hours. Sign on door only said: "Now Hiring". If they are short of people, I understand. Man, I really wanted that Spicy Italian Sub.

I was in this store for lunch and there was only 1 employee there and she was preparing bread to bake and never acknowledged me or spoke to me. 2 other customers came in while I was there and she never acknowledged them or put the prep work aside to help us. 1 customer left and she did the prep and cleaned up ans washed her hands NEVER even acknowledging any of us then started my order and never asked me if I wanted my steak warmed or sub toasted and I had to tell her just warmed and she acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to be waiting on people. I don't think I will be back to this store.
