I was greeted by an employee as she said, “So are you going to order or what?”. There wasn’t anyone else in the store waiting and I had just gotten to the front to look at the sign, so I don’t understand why she was rude.
I order my ice cream and an ice cream for my girlfriend. They some how got the size incorrect even though they charged me for the Love It.
When I called the store I was greeted by a full voicemail box. I’m not quite sure what they’re doing there but it was an off putting customer experience.

First time visit. Workers explained everything and I went with the blond strawberry cup. ( not the full name ) wow to the flavors. My wife had the strawberry banana smoothie and loved it as well.

PERFECT ICE CREAM DATE SPOT!
Check out Cold Stone if you haven't. This location has great parking and an immaculately clean interior. I like watching the gals and guys whip up the ice cream treats the old fashioned way.

Saturday early evening. After a bad experience at HuHot Mongolian Grill next door we decided to get some Cold Stone. They were out of at least 6 flavors and this place was filthy. I thought HuHot was bad, but this place was disgusting. A common thing in this mall or simply everyone is suffering due to staffing shortages? Not sure because both places seemed to have plenty of staff. I wouldn’t recommend this location. At least the product was good, hence the 2 stars.

As always sweet and delicious. Founders favorite. No tables to sit at right now but there are a couple benches a few steps down near the recruiters. We ate ours in the car and had fun getting brain freeze. Forgot to get pictures of our choices 🙃

Fantastic ice cream!!! Definitely worth the wait on busy days. Although most of the selections does contain dairy, they usually have a dairy-free sorbet (also a frozen yogurt) on the list. Multiple flavors ensure just about everyone will find something pleasurable to snack on. Add on top of that a variety of "mix-in” items and the flavor possibilities are immense. If you haven't been there, give it a try and if you have been there, you know how delicious their desserts are!

They have an endless variety of tasty ice cream and mix-ins. The price is a bit higher than other ice cream places, but well worth it. Not only is the ice cream high quality, the service is exceptional. You also get a LOT of ice cream in any of their sizes - you're guaranteed to leave full!

Wonderful ice cream. No inside seating, so when you begin your approach you will need to dodge the dropped waffle bowls on the sidewalk and tears 😭 from little ones.
