Review Pizza Hut - Lafayette

I ordered on the phone. Walked in and paid. While standing there. Mgr. Was looking at two tickets that ordered online. Made the comment. No tip I guess we will not rush. I will not be back if that is how they think of guest who order on the app. There are plenty of other pizza places.

We've tried them over and over again with each experience worst. This last time we ordered the pizza was cold upon delivery , one of the three had no sauce the others only had sauce around the outer edge. I also ordered the pies they were cold as well. Went down like the Titanic. This place was awesome just last year. Early last year. Since then the food quality has been hit or miss, mostly miss. When it was actually good, it was great. Horrible when not. Almost never see the same people working here anymore, either. Most of them don't seem to care, with a few familiar faces from other places being the exceptions. The food has been dry, overcooked, and sometimes freezer burned. That taste is unmistakable. Started going here less and less, with my last time being a few days ago. And that will be my last time. Pizza wasn't right, light on toppings. And those pitiful mozzarella sticks were just shameful. I didn't even bother trying to get the stuff replaced, as they would just do the same thing and fry them in the same grease that was already probably old and used for the chicken wings, as there were bits of chicken in the box these were in. It's heartbreaking how far this place has fallen, as it used to be my favorite pizza place since I was a kid. Hopefully it can be redeemed, but that would take a serious overhaul.

This is the nastiest Pizza Hut I've ever been to. It's 12 noon, they just opened at 11am. When i arrived the place was filty as if i hadn't been cleaned from the day before. There was only one worker and it was smokey inside. I couldn't eat from there i walked out on my order. Pizza Hut have to do BETTER!!!!!! (The floors never been mopped, and the bathroom wasn't clean)

Ordered a pizza, wings, cinnabon, and 2 liter. Was notified out for delivery will be here in 23-33 min. Took him 1 hr, then I received the pizza in the image. Will not order from here again.

ordered pizza over 2 hours ago. the app says preparing pizza. they don't answer phone. won't order from them again. Domino's here has way better service. and I know pizza hut does not care about their customers 😒 so I'll send people to dominoes because of their great service. I would give 5 negative stars

The power went out on my block and I decided to order Pizza Hut so my kids would still have dinner on time. Ordered through Pizza Hut and they delivered with Door Dash. Only half the order was present. The store NEVER answers the phone so I drove there while I was on hold with the corporate office. The guy at the counter, Corey, listens to half my story and says “well common sense is if the service is bad stop coming to this location” he also tells me I can’t have my money back. I informed him that I called corporate prior to my arrival. He takes my debit card, returns my money and says “now you have been blocked from shopping here again”, well Thank God, Corey… Thank God! Because screwed up orders and bad service provide a recipe for disaster!

I never received my pizza. When I arrived they told me my order was incomplete even though on the app it told my order was ready. I waited an additional hour only for the manager on duty, Corey to tell me that he was unable to make my pizzas. He did not apologize for my experience, nor did I receive my pizzas. When I asked for a refund, he said he could not process my refund because there was no way to know the credit card used on the app.
