I don't understand this Moss St location and the rude attitudes of the workers. Once before I refused to order again; then I started again months and months later. I went online to place an order, the website would not take my card. I contacted the store to inquire if there was any issues with their online credit posting and the ignorant individual on the phone indicated there was something wrong with my card. I informed him if that was the case I would not be calling. These people at this location have no idea of the meaning of customer service. I know it perhaps maybe hard to employ individuals at this location, but soon they will have no customer to worry about. I placed my order with Dominoes using the same card! Train these people to understand the customer are the ones paying their check. Not the 1st time I have called this location to ask a question and got someone that replies with a sarcastic remark. Guess Dominoes will have to remain my place of choice, because this is crazy and totally unacceptable.

Placed an order and paid for it with my card online. It says the card will not be charged until reciept is signed. 3 hours and 3 phone calls to Pizza Hut later my order still hadn't arrived. When I tried to cancel it I was told they were closed and hung up on. Never received delivery but my card was still charged. Called the next day to complain and try to get my money back and was told that the only person who could do refunds was out of town. It took me two weeks to get refunded for something that I shouldn't have been charged for anyway. Then was told that they "don't give anything for free" when I complained. I didn't want anything for free. I just wanted what I paid for.

They're always forgetting something. Be sure that if you order online when your driver arrives to make sure they have everything. Sometimes they don't have drinks and dont call to check with you, and when they arrive and you ask them for it they just act like they don't care and leave without offering a substitute or a refund. If you try to call to cancel or get in touch with a manager they take forever to answer the phone, and if you're lucky to even tell them the dilemma they're too quick to offer a credit but no refund, if there is such a thing as a quick fix like a substitution or some type of refund it's fine. Mistakes are likely to happen with these things, the only true problem when it comes to this place is the lack of "customer service" or the capacity to care.

Ordered online for delivery. I live 2 miles from the location yet took almost an hour to receive my pizza. When I called the manager said its a new driver but he'll find out what's the problem. I never received a call from the driver saying he was having trouble finding the location. Very displeased

Placed an order online after an hour nobody had delivered. Tried calling the store for 45minutes to stay on hold. when someone did answer they hung up on me. I finally got in touch with someone two hours after I ordered to be told they were backed up and out of most things. All they could do was void my order.

I ordered a pizza at 10:20 unknowing they closed at 11 but I literally live 5 minutes down the road. The pizza went to being made at 10:30 and said it had a delivery time of 10:55. I waited outside till 11:40 waiting for my pizza and still a no show. I get it sucks getting a last minute order before closing but someone had to accept it since the status went to your order is in the oven

Really good pizza place. Probably my second favorite pizza place in town. They have the best breads sticks there. The pizza is. Good, I like their cheese. I like to get the cheese stuffed crust pizza. It is very good because it adds more to the crust.

They seem to be really busy on weekends but girl at counter was very polite even though stressed and handled the situation very well. Even though my food was late, it was still hot and fresh!
