Review Burger King - Lafayette

I had a Whopper here today. It was perfect. So good. Thank you to the manager Carnella for the great service with a friendly smile. Good Job!

Everyone loves burger king. In Australia its called Hungry Jacks. Colors and food are the same

Too bad drive thru is so boring or the mics don't work right that it takes longer to communicate ur order than it does to fix it

Love the flame broiled taste of that particular type hamburger. Wasn't crowded when there. Establishment appeared/smelled clean & in compliance with COVID-19 posted policy/procedures. Customer service was friendly & quick with my order. I happen to come to this particular Burger King quite often & would definitely recommend it to family, friends, & the general public.

Friendly staff. Good food. Nice value if you use the Burger King app. My app initially wouldn't work. I had to use BK's WiFi to get it to work. I visited during lunch on a Monday. Not too busy, but steady. This location serves lots of UL student and businesses in the area. Food served fast. Clean.

Honestly I'd put them below a 1. When you say that you are open 24 hours...yet twice I tried to place an order (and was told they were in-between dinner and breakfast)...to me doesn't mean you are open 24 hours. Be honest. And transparent. If you close to change out your equipment - say that you close. Do NOT advertise that you are open 24/7 because you clearly are NOT

Went to your location at 6:14 pm (peak time) ordered a meal and asked for onion rings. When I got my burger, it wasn't even warm and I had no onion rings in my bag. Such a waste of $6. Have respect for the people who patronize your business and maybe you'd have fewer complaints. I should've known better the second I saw two employees walking back into the building carrying McDonalds bags.

Problem is employees and in all Lafayette, Louisiana restaurants. Employees look and act like angry prisoners doing community service. They look upon customers as an intrusion to their personal time. They look annoyed and give obvious eye rolls when a customer walks through the door. Their poor attitude transfer to the quality of the food they prepare and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I've traveled outside of Lafayette and received great service and food at BK restaurants like in Shreveport, Alexandria, and Dallas. If you, franchise management, doubt my statements, I challenge you to dine in those other BK restaurants and then come back and secretly dine in the BK restaurants here in Lafayette. Please shut them all down, fire all employees and managers, then start from scratch. That's the only way to rebuild the franchise.

Burger King use to be the bomb until they kill an employee on Jefferson Street. Now the one on Moss St. go hard they have business. The one on UL Campus you have to look for the employees

I went through your drive through yesterday afternoon (Tuesday march 6th) at approximately 4:00. There was one car infront of me and an empty parking lot. It took 15 minutes to get a kids chicken nugget meal. I was asked when I placed the order what kind of sauce I wanted to which I replied ranch. Needless to say, I didn't get my ranch with my 15 minute order of kids meal. It seems the employees were more interested in chit chatting than your customer. Aggravated that I am now still sitting at the window, waiting to ask the drive through attendant for the ranch he forgot...growing even more frustrated that he sees me sitting there and doesn't acknowledge me, I finally see what appears to be a manager walk by. I ask her to please get the ranch I ordered and also said I thought the service there was beyond ridiculous. She, evidentially, didn't like the fact that I had an opinion & sarcasticly screamed bye, have a wonderful day ma'am over & over until I reached thd end of the driveway. You might want to check your staff! Manager was not at all professional, workers were obviously just there to collect a paycheck & couldnt care about your establishment & the food was terrible. We'll go to McDonalds next time!
