Sky did both of the cakes for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier! The Groom's cake looked amazing and tasted even better. The Bride's cake was a work of art. I ordered a gender reveal cake w/ cake pops and they were both perfect!! The cake looked even better in person! Both cake & cake pops were delicious and very well priced!!! Skylar (owner) was very responsive & super sweet! I would highly recommend Sky's the Limit for any occasion :)
Got my little girl's smash cake from Sky's the limit and I just have to say how amazing the owner was. Plans had to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. She was so kind and accommodating and made my little one's day special despite all that was going on around. Thanks for being an awesome person and making delicious and beautiful cakes.
Skylar with Sky’s the Limit cakes did an incredible job with my wedding cake. She was very prompt with her replies to my emails and answered my questions clearly. She also provided 6 complimentary tasting cupcakes for my husband and I to choose the cake/icing flavors. The cake was delicious (everybody raved about it) and absolutely beautiful! She worked well with my florist who arranged the flowers around the cake. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin... (long review)
I met Sky in 2013 and she has been my go to baker from the 1st cake!. In those years not only is she my baker but she has become family! Over the years sky has created 12 cakes for me.. (yes I counted...LOL) and they have all been amazing so it was only right that I call Sky to make the most important cake of all... MY WEDDING CAKE!
We customized our cake from design to flavors! Sky of course executed everything to perfection! Sky also created the groom cake/birthday cake! I am beyond pleased with everything. Our guests loved the cake so much we had none left!! All of the cake was gone!
The tradition to save the top of the cake wasn't something that I wanted to do. I expressed that I didn't want year old cake and Sky was accommodating and excited to create our cake topper a year from now we prepaid for it and we are excited to have fresh cake a year from now! That is just an example of how great the customer service is at Sky's the Limit Cakes.
Sky is personable, creative and talented. There is truly no limits in what she can create! She can bring your ideas to life and will sketch your ideas on paper for you to see that she understands your vision. Her cakes and cupcakes taste amazing! They are fresh , moist and looks great! Her prices are also very affordable! i recommend Sky 100%

Sky did my wedding cake (enough to feed 150 people) and also a small personal cake celebrating my husband’s board exam for medical school.
Everyone at our wedding loved our cake! We even had couples ask us where we had it made so they could book her for their upcoming weddings. Sky rented a cake stand out to us, too if you don’t want to purchase one!
She is very easy to work with and has many cake filling combinations! She can also print things to be placed on the cake which came in handy for the smaller cake I ordered.
My husband and I love the chocolate cake with chocolate Bavarian filling!
I totally recommend her for all your cake needs.

I honestly was shocked about how delicious both the cake and cupcakes were. We got a wedding cake flavored cake, a dozen carrot cake cupcakes, and a dozen Neopolitan cupcakes and everything was divine. Everyone at the baby shower kept asking where it came from and who made it because it was that good. Everything made a drive from Lafayette to Lake Charles and stayed just as it left the shop. 10/10 recommend.
Sky was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and patient with us! We weren't sure exactly what we wanted for our wedding cakes so she came up with some beautiful suggestions! Her work is amazing, as is her customer service! We got so many compliments on our amazing cakes for looks and flavor!!! She was also VERY reasonably priced! She is very thorough and on point! We highly recommend her and will be using her in the future!!!

While looking for companies to do our wedding cake, everyone we found wanted to charge a second mortgage. When I first contacted Sky, she immediately began talking to us like she knew us already. She listened and even helped us with our decisions. She told us what she could do with the variety of designs, and made sure it was what we wanted and nothing less! We received nothing but compliments on how the cake tasted! Absolutely amazing to work with! Thanks Sky!
Ordered a small, simple cake and it was perfect! I was worried she’d be extra busy with wedding cakes but thankfully I ordered well in advance and she was able to fit me in. Sky is so customer focused and detail oriented. It makes for a great experience. And the cake is really good too!
I discovered Sky’s after following a friend to the bakery to try cakes for her wedding. That day I fell in love. I’m not a big cake person or sweets person for that matter, but I most definitely will eat Sky’s cake every single time. I’ve asked her to make cakes that she’s never done before and she has superseded my expectations every single time!!!! Her cakes are so good that you can eat them with no icing and you will still be in love! She has worked with me on a variety of time limits, I’ve asked her sometimes a week before the time of an event for a cake, and if she could get it done, it was done. I’ve read some of these negative reviews and I can see Sky’s response to them, this is true to the type of person she is, she will stop at nothing to fix the problem. She will always be my go to baker for cakes. If I ever get married, I’m flying Sky to where I am, and renting a commercial kitchen so she’ll be able to bake the cake where ever the wedding is!
