I love papa johns. The best pizza in the world to me and I’m pretty sure to a few people to. Although many might disagree but that’s my favorite pizza place and I’m sticking beside it. The cheesiest, the crispiest, mouth watering pizza you will ever have. Tell them Taisa sent you.

I've never had a bad pizza from Papa John's, it's REALLY just the better ingredients. Definitely the best pizza out of their competition. The staff is usually laid back friendly and chill, very nice workers. I was given a free marinara sauce my last visit.

Excellent service. Pizza was on point. 10 for 10 will be my regular stopping place for Pizza.

The pizza is delicious, hot ,not burnt like Domino's.

Quality and service are our number one priorities. We have been having problems with door dash and being understaffed but we take our customer satisfaction very seriously. If we are provided with the correct address and phone number so our drivers can reach you when there is a problem we will do our level best to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Unfortunately some of our customers have no problem trading their integrity for a free pizza and in order to stay in business we have to follow certain protocol when it comes to refunding or replacing an order. We absolutely do not want our customers to have to settle for poor quality of our products or service so PLEASE call me or one of our other managers if you ever have a problem and we will diligently find a solution. We really appreciate your business. Update-5/31/22 Guys, we use a call center to handle the majority of our order taking (by pressing 3 when given option) because of covid related issues and also to keep cost down for both us and you. For instance, in order to pay several people $10-$15 an hour to only answer phones, the cost of a pizza would nearly double. Please be patient with them but know that they do this for a living and are as focused on your satisfaction as we are. In todays world we find ourselves dealing with language barriers and strong accents more and more, but we do encourage everyone to use the app or order online because that's where the savings really are anyway as the prices are different depending on what method you choose to place your order. We eat here every two weeks or so I have to say I always call in to speak with the local store versus calling to speak with their customer service which I think must be in another country because I can barely understand what they are saying. With all of that said they have awesome in store customer service and the pizza IS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH! Favorite place to eat pizza locally.

I love Papa Johns. Mark, David and the team at this location go above and beyond to serve their customers. After a big snafu with our order and delivery, Mark went above and beyond to make everything right. Great job and great food.

This location for papa Johns pizza is one of my go to and favorite ones around Lafayette, it’s located right by the college and I have been going there for a long time too long to remember, every time I have went I have not been disappointed. The staff at this location are always really friendly and courteous at the same time while always being busy went I go in and I haven’t had any problems. The food is always hot and fresh and never if hardly ever wrong, and if it is wrong they fix it no questions asked but I can’t remember the last time anytime for wrong. If your in the area I highly recommend this location for a quick and pleasant experience and service you will not be disappointed.

I'm not really a pizza lover but omgee, what a treat this was !!! My husband and I stayed in Lafayette for the night and didn't want anything in particular and my hun loves pizza, so I said let's just call in pizza. Now, I'm a Papa John's pizza lover !!! Lol !

This is the worst pizza I have ever had, my pizza was under cooked, cold, and disgusting. I couldn't get a new pizza bc I called in a hour later, mking my complaint that the pizza was undercooked. The papa John's in lafayette off congress please please DO NOT order from them. Dylan is the unprofessional, unworthy, in considerate, so called manager. This location is awful, please please do not order from this location unless you like raw dough.

Hi, I placed an online order at 11:42am and was quoted 20-30 minutes. Order arrived at 12:39 incorrect. I sent the drive back to the store for our missing sauce and called the store about the timing issue and lack of items. The manager was very rude and I am STILL waiting on my sauces to return. Worst store EVER!

I order from here alot never had no problems before well today I order like I always do will this time all I have is a $100 like last time so I called to let them know to bring the right change well the lady that answered said we can't do it and hung up on me that's the last time me r my friends and family will order from yall again

Dry banana peppers only one sauce for a large breadstick and employees are nit the friendliest. Worst part is drove 45 min to go there.
