Mcdonald's

Ordered curbside on the app thinking it would be faster but I watched a line full of cars all order, pay, and get their food before me so I deff won’t do that again. By the time I got my food, everything was cold (no exaggeration.. it was cold) and my drink was watered down/ice melted. The employees all look so miserable.. no smiles. I say thank you, trying to be nice and nothing. Just a blank stare.

Did not come close to getting my order correct. Charged me for wrong order. Instead of issuing a refund insisted on refunding difference, so as "to not mess up the register" . Did not inform that drink machine was down while placing order, instead gave a 12oz can of Sprite ( which is NOT the drink I ordered) and an empty cup.

Wow. Disappointed in overall service. Waited 30 minutes for food and still never got the order right. After paying at one window, we had to tell the girl at the next window 3 times what our order was. We pulled up to wait again and gave us food but no drinks, when they returned with 2 of our 3 drinks, neither had ice, i asked for ice and the lady's response was "Oh, you wanted ice?". Cant make this stuff up. Never got the drinks right but we couldnt wait any longer. Food was cold, drinks were hot, need to get better Mickey Dees!!!

Employee with the red brownish hair was rude. She didn’t greet me at all. She just gave me my items and close the window. My order was wrong. The manger with the golds in her mouth was RUDER than the employee. I asked for the manger because the girl was telling me a pack of cookies was “1.44 plus tax” I wanted the whole total so I could purchase the pack of cookies they didnt ring up. She didn’t come to the window , she had the employee hold the window open while she standing a mile away yelling “WHATS WRONG.” The manger herself told me the cookies was “1.44 plus taxs” she also told me “you just bought a pack of cookies you don’t know how much they is” . So I asked her for my receipt and she was being sassy and rude not wanting to give me my receipt. She told me I was being difficult and was holding up her line. She tried to make me pull up and wait for it , when she finally gave me my receipt she started yelling out the store window “that’s why you didn’t get you cookies” The manger is the bright, heavy weight lady with the golds in her mouth. Clearly she don’t know how to be a manger !!!!! RUDE SELF!

very bad service me and my family came in and workers were complaining the minute we stepped in . also what seem to be the manager she was very rude about giving us our drinks and she threw water bottles at us if she was in a rush , all of our orders were wrong and sloppy the manager was very rude and did not want to help us at all restrooms were very disgusting. if i could review 0 stars i would !
