Such a great little gem of a sushi restaurant!! The owner is friendly, the dining room is IMPECCABLY clean, the food was served promptly, and the rolls were delicious!! We had the cucumber wrap, the baked Cajun roll and the dynamite roll, plus miso soup. Everything was excellent!
Great little place. It's easy to miss but well worth finding! There is a very sweet man that waited on us. The service was fantastic. It was very clean and looked nice. And the sushi was very good and affordable! Go check these guys out! They deserve it!

Fantastic Sushi, some of the best rolls I've ever eaten. Crab salad was really good. The crab was really fresh. Amazing food and will definitely be back! 5 Stars and 5🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
Absolutely amazing place to eat. We fell upon Sakaya by accident after discovering that Baileys, across the street, was closed. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean the restaurant is. Not to exaggerate or anything, but you could eat off the bathroom floor of this place it's
Great sushi, delicious and fresh! The 20% off discount on $20 or more is also nice. Service was prompt and very friendly. Will definitely return soon.
Excellent dining! The wildcat roll is a family favorite. The salmon sensation is also very good! This is our favorite sushi restaurant in Lafayette!
The Sakaya roll is amazing as well as the shrimp hibachi. I'm not a fan of vegetables but they made it taste exceptional.
Prompt and friendly service, free miso soup, and really good rolls. Plus we got 20% since we ordered over $20. Definitely going back.
I'm giving this place a solid five star rating. It is a nice, quiet restaurant located conveniently near the Ambassador/Johnston St. redlight. We were served by the owner, and he constantly made sure that we were taken care of.
Very great atomsphere and the owner is a very sweet older gentleman that makes the experience great!! The sushi was really good, I highly recommend the dynamite roll :)
My husband really loves the Dynamite roll and the Sakaya roll. I really enjoy the udon as well. The service is really top notch as well.
Very friendly staff, good sushi, nice quiet atmosphere. Best miso soup I've ever had.
Wonderful service, great miso soup and appetizers but some of the rolls could have been a little more flavourful.
