Order taker had trouble with understanding the order due to what seemed like a speaker volume issue, however managed after asking a few times to get it correct. The entire visit from ordering and departing, without eating, took about 25 minutes. It was not overly busy nor during peak hours. Here is where they missed out on 5 stars: asking for dipping sauce, once the order was delivered to us, and for 2 large popcorn chicken combos the employee brings out one single honey mustard dipping sauce and a single pack of ketchup?!? All the employees were courteous and had a smile and it was a Sunday. Will visit this location again.

Food is consistently good with wait times only varying slightly from fast to somewhat fast.
No bad experiences with employees but do expect the occasional mistake of an order every so often. Car hoppers are willing to fix any missing items as long as you have the receipt so overall a consistently good experience.
Would recommend.

The ice cream cones are perfect. Very little wait at the Ambassador Caffery location. For fast food, this place is still providing good food fast...edit> this still applies. July 2023

The burgers are great and the fries are okay. But dear god the pretzel stick they sell has no reason to be so delicious. Probably the only reason I'd go to Sonic, besides maybe the corn dogs or milkshakes.

Bless the morning crew because they are all sweethearts and have great customer service so does the night crew but night crew cooks needs to get it together as far as cooking I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and the bacon on the burger was half raw I never seen bacon like that in my life on a burger some people may like it but some people want they bacon fully cooked anyway besides that night the food here is always good and hot when coming to you but keep up the good customer service

Havent been to sonic in years. Needed a quick bite. Ordered the ham breakfast sandwich combo. Fast, hot, tasty and the route 44 slush was flavorful and loaded with strawberries. Definitely satisfied.

Ill never eat yall food again!!! Yall burger tasted like rubber like it was made the previous day and just serve to me. It was cold and dry and tasteless! If that's not bad enough then when I went to open my chili cheese fries, it had burnt pieces of Chilli all in the fries! I was so disgusted I felt sick to my stomach after I ate half of the buger I had to vomit! I threw the fries in the trash , a meal that cost me
$8.93! Then when talk to a manager about their food the only thing he/she can offer me was a free meal because I paid with a debit card which I was told I can't get my money back! I'm honestly sick to my stomach the last thing I want is a free meal! I refused to eat at this location again!

This location is absolutely TERRIBLE to say the least. I have had a couple of bad experiences but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and still went back in hopes that they had just had a couple mess ups like every other fast food place. I was so wrong! The car hops are always sweet and friendly but as far as the KITCHEN and MANAGEMENT staff, I don't know what they get paid to do. Obviously NOT know the ingredients of any of there items. Yall advertise for a burrito that comes with certain things and send it out the complete opposite. The manager comes out and apologizes and says that she will get you another one the CORRECT way and still messes up your one single EASY burrito. You would think the manager would be educated on the menu items and double check them before going out, especially if it was already wrong the first time! Is it that difficult to make sure it has what yall advertise for in it??? Eggs cheese bacon, etc? Clearly UNEDUCATED on what yall are attempting to sale to the customers. The master shakes are blended so much that you would think you were just drinking water, so bland, no flavor, and the thinnest "shake" I have ever had. Last but not least you place and order for 2 simple shakes and you wait over 15 minutes. Needless to say I will never return to this location, they need some serious attention and guidance from somebody who actually knows how to run a fast food chain.

Almost everyone we come here there is a long wait just to place an order. I never comment publicly because there are lots of young kid la working here but tonight we came for the 1/2 price shakes after 8 and kid's wacky pack. We waited 13 minutes for our order to be taken! I called the business line while waiting 3 times and no one answered. It has now been 14 minutes since I have placed and paid for my order. The service here is consistently slow and the workers including managers have no regard for customer wait time. This is fast food. This is ridiculous! I swiped my card but I am about to get my money back and go elsewhere. Horrible location.

Order taker was rude to.me and I could hear her being rude to the next vehicle. No reason she should have been rude when we were simply ordering. The speaker system sucked which was hard for her to hear our order. No fault to the customer.

Placed my order, they got it wrong. No biggie. Waited 30 minutes, pressed the button, they don't have a clue who I am, or where my order is. A girl intercoms me and rudely accused me of leaving, I tools her I had not left. She then comes to my vehicle to accuse me of leaving again, which I had not, and I informed her so. She then proceeds to tell me, not very nicely, that the manger says, they can comp the wrong order, but not the correct one. Everyone makes mistakes, but the rudeness is unacceptable! Get it together!!! You are making nice people angry!!
