I visited this restaurant for the first time and was indecisive about what I wanted to eat. Chloe S. waited patiently while my two daughters and I decided what to order. She even told me what the popular choices were. Chloe was very kind and she made our visit quite lovely.

McAllister's is a very on-again/off-again kind of a place depending on the staff. They are almost always busy depending on the time of the day. This because of their location, not always because of their food quality or because of their service. Both are hit or miss.
