Good burgers. Great fries. Smith sauce is better than Chick-fil-A sauce but not as good as “Cane’s Sauce”🤷♂️
This is a great place to come for great food! The burgers are done to your order. Great add-ons of great verity. Not to mention great choice of fries 😋 chicken sandwich juicy and delicious 😋 huge portions & priced right. Friendly staff and restaurant was clean. Way to go ! My family and I loved it ❤️ definitely going back. Please keep it up.
My dinner was delicious, and my server, Claire, offered some great suggestions. She was so friendly and pleasant. Let’s not forget about the ice cream. If you’re on the fence… just do it! I’ll definitely be back to Burgersmith.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. We all enjoyed our food and loved how customizable the food is. Party of 8 and our first time going.
Location: in a nice area of town. Traffic was busy but not unbearable. Parking lot felt crammed/limited; the shape of it made it awkward for larger vehicles/ 2 vehicles passing.
Atmosphere: clean, well lit. Open floor with tables & booths. They were able seat our party of 8 immediately. The tables were a little small but doable. Not loud. Tvs were mounted with easy viewing.
Service: friendly. I'm pretty sure we had someone training, and all was good. They checked with other staff to be sure requests could be fulfilled.
Food: fresh ground burger patties. burgers, salads, chicken sandwich, hot dog; sides/appetizers include fries, onion rings, fried green beans, fried okra, etc. We were told their onion rings are actually onion strings. The sides are a separate charge from your main entree order (ie the burgers don't automatically come with fries); however the size of the fries order is large enough to share (16 oz for $4 and we still didnt finish them between 2-3 people). They have different flavored fries (spicy, garlic, sweet potato, etc). You can build your own burger with a bunch of options for cheeses, veggies, sauces, patty blends, sauces, condiments, buns, etc.
Prices: felt affordable. Some of it depends on how much you customize it. For example, for 2 burgers (1 with regular patty, white bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, burbon bbq sauce, smoked gouda, with a fried egg & then another burger with brisket blend, pretzel bun, chitpole mayo, ketchup, grilled onions, pepper jack cheese) + 2 drinks + $4 fries to share came put to $35. We all were full afterwards and nearly everyone finished their plates with 2 people having leftovers.
Overall, we would return. The prices felt fair for the portions and how fresh the burgers were.
Decided to order the Smith Burger with bacon and cheese, was good, and ordered the double meat burger with bacon and 6 the same as everything,lettuce,tomatoes,
bacon,no spread, just that extra meat will be $6.00 plus that $7.50,total of $14.00,for one burger,then the other burger was $7.50,the bacon like $3.00,to add on each burgers,the 2 side of fries was like $10.00,i liked the fries,but eat it while it is hot,bc if you rewarm it,it will be hard!Just so you know you will pay!I spent a total of $38.00,without drinks!But will try again in the future since I been wanting to try and it so convient,I am a burger lover!
Pretty average tasting burgers. Good kids choices. Chili was so-so. Food needed some herbs and spice and salt. Price was good for a family of six it didn't break the bank.
Great burgers, the onion rings were on point, the butter garlic fries were super hot and fresh and very tasty. The service was my only complaint, but they were very busy.
Burgersmith has 2 new loyal customers (my boyfriend and I). there’s never anyone there when we pass, so I’m pretty sure this place is slept on! Also, I take food and food reviews very seriously so take my word on this!!
my boyfriend had the Bovine Bureucracy Burger which is a brisket patty. AMAZING. super juicy and flavorful.
I had the Filet Burger. when I tell y’all this is the best burger I’ve ever had.. and i’ve tried A LOT. The steak patty is SO fresh and juicy. I ordered mine medium well and it was PHENOMENAL. words can’t even describe it. definitely worth the money!
Ragged branch bourbon burger and side of smith style fries. Best burger I have had in a while. Perfectly juicy beef with amazing flavor. Fries were perfectly crispy as well. Service here was great the waitress was a pleasure to order from.
Not your average burger place. I loved the option to get a lettuce wrap and organic grass fed beef all at a decent price. I love their Smith sauce
