We were seated right away. Very friendly staff. The manager was great, personally checking on everyone who was in the restaurant. Took a little while for me to decide what I wanted and ended up with the grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, and mashed potatoes. My husband got the grilled chicken and hot honey fried shrimp. I didn't have room for dessert. Maybe next time. The food was really good overall. The waitress was nice.

Everyone enjoyed their meal. No complaints. Our waiter did close us all out without asking if we wanted anything else. I wanted coffee but never got it. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Brody is the Best for drinks, Mr Harold (GM) came and introduced himself to make sure everything was great. The customer service overall was wonderful. The food was amazing… best meatloaf I had in years… Great environment for a night out with family and for date night

Came here with party of 6. Our server attended to us promptly and was very nice. Only complaint i have was the blooming onion appetizer came out over cooked or from dirty grease... our server asked how it was, we gave her an honest answer and they took it back and brought us another which was MUCH BETTER. The manager came to make sure everything was satisfactory and it was.

🥰❤ The atmosphere is so mesmerizing, tranquil, calm, and mellow like the Australian Outback. The entire staff is amazing and wonderful. And the food is delicious. I enjoyed celebrating my 49th birthday with my amazing family. 🥰❤ I definitely recommenend .

We took our 12 year old grandson here for his honor roll celebration. We were very impressed with the food service, the waitstaff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I have special dietary needs and those needs were met spot on and all foods were cook to our liking. The food came out hot. Our needs at the table were anticipated and seen too. I say Kudos to the Lafayette, LA location of Outback!!

I have not been to outback in probably 10 plus years. We took our grandson for his birthday since he wanted a steak . I was happy to see they still serve the bread even though we had to ask our server for it.After we watched tables that came in after us get some! The food was good no birthday dessert was offered ! The service was blah 😐 definitely could have been better I don't feel we were needy patrons.

We had a party of 16 to celebrate my Dad's 91st birthday. I had made reservations. We arrived 30 minutes early and they quickly prepared the table. Our waitress was just amazing, the best I have ever experienced. Her smile and enthusiasm to serve us was amazing. We had 4 family members that traveled from Lake Charles and they arrived closer to 1. She immediately received their drink order. The bread was brought out promptly along with our drinks. Our appetizers were delivered in a timely manner along with our meal. Everything was delivered as ordered, warm and inviting to eat. We had brought a cake which the server without being asked offered to keep in their frig. Once we completed our lunch she brought out the cake, plates and more utensils. The manager came by a few times to check on us and thank us as well. Thank you Outback for providing our family a great atmosphere and meal to celebrate my Dad!

I ordered a 6oz filet medium and it good but slightly undercooked. The manager came and cooked it up for me and it was perfect. I love coming here and normally no issues. Still my favorite place to dine.

It's an Outback, so pretty standard fare, but the bar staff working lunch today were outstanding. Attentive without hovering and food came out timely and hot.
I will say the sweet heat chicken was better than the steak. Very tasty actually!
