OH. MY. GOSH.
We always get the sugarcane shrimp vermicelli bowl and the dumplings. Absolute best food ever 🫠 always so very good! Waitresses are so nice every time, and always treat us like royalty! The ONLY piece of constructive criticism that I can give is that the cleaning solution for the tables causes them to be a bit sticky. Makes putting your elbows on the table feel weird 😄 but other than that, awesome place for anyone! Will definitely come back soon and recommend to friends!

I wish I could only dock them half a star but I obviously don't have that option. I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed with the food before. This one time was an anomaly. I ordered the duck noodle soup, and to be fair it tasted wonderful. I am dinging them because the cut of duck they used included a lot of bone, probably more than 50% bone and gristle on each chunk. Also, I think they just grabbed a pack of ramen noodles and threw it in to soften but never broke it up or cut it up, so I was left with a nearly solid chunk of very long noodles in the soup, making it a good bit more difficult to eat without making a mess all over the table.

They finally have the blood cakes. Bun bo hue is one of my favorite foods, and it is hard to find a place that sells blood cakes. Staff is nice. Food is satisfying and portions are large.

Came here for lunch based on a recommendation from a reliable source. Saigon noodle did not disappoint. Friendly gracious staff. Ordered Pho tai-chin and it was spot on. After lunch I had to try their Vietnamese coffee, it sensational. Coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Noodles, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming Vietnamese restaurant not only delivered some of the most authentic and delicious pho I've ever tasted but also provided top-notch service and a cozy atmosphere that made the entire experience unforgettable.
Let's start with the pho. I ordered the House Special, and it was a bowl of pure heaven. The broth was rich and flavorful, with hints of star anise and cinnamon that added a depth of flavor I had never experienced in pho before. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the generous portions of tender beef were so succulent they practically melted in my mouth. The fresh herbs and bean sprouts on the side allowed me to customize the dish to my liking, and the squeeze of lime provided that zesty kick that elevated the flavors to another level. This dish was a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more.
Now, let's talk about the service. The staff at Saigon Noodles were exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel like a valued guest. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to explain some of the options to me, which was incredibly helpful since it was my first visit. The food arrived promptly, and my water glass was never empty. The attention to detail and genuine care for the customers truly set this place apart.
As for the atmosphere, Saigon Noodles has managed to strike the perfect balance between cozy and authentic. The decoration transported me to the streets of Hanoi, with traditional Vietnamese artwork adorning the walls and soft, ambient lighting creating an inviting ambiance. The seating was comfortable, and the soft background music added to the overall charm of the place. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or on a romantic date, the atmosphere at Saigon Noodles is perfect for any occasion.
In conclusion, my experience at Saigon Noodles was nothing short of a 5-star culinary journey. The exceptional pho, impeccable service, and inviting atmosphere make this restaurant a must-visit for any food lover. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. If you're in the mood for some outstanding Vietnamese cuisine, do yourself a favor and head to Saigon Noodles – you won't be disappointed!

Saigon noodle had delicious Vietnamese food. We had the House Pho and Vermicelli with some Bánh mì to get us started. The Bánh mì was excellent, and I really enjoyed the Pho. If you don't like weird animal parts, I wouldn't recommend the house pho. Instead just get one with beef or meatballs. Good service too. Don't be afraid to get it to go.

The food was really good. The server was really nice. The only problem we had was they ran out of the wings. But, the server suggested a different appetizer and it was really good.

Great place to get some good Vietnamese food. Good pho. Good vermicelli noodle bowls. Good service. It's a small location in a strip mall. Their sister location Blu Basil is a nicer place that also serves alcohol. Both places are worth visiting.

This is the best pho my boyfriend and I have ever had. We didn't have much luck with the lafayette food scene but this place was a bright shining star and we ate here three times! The broth was so full of flavor and very generously spiced with cinnamon, star anise ect. The meat was tender and generously portioned. They have tendon on the menu which is always a plus and the staff are very attentive and friendly. We will be back!

Always delicious! The waiting staff is always attentive and you can't beat the prices on good food! My eight year old loves it there b/c of the music. It's one of these little gems tucked away.

The food is excellent and a very cozy place. My wife and I love to come to eat here. One of our favorite appetizers is the Vietnamese egg rolls, and we ask for the sweet chili sauce to dip our eat rolls.
