This is the spot for a real Cajun Country experience with a live Zydeco band (creole music!), an open and fun dance floor, and absolutely incredible Local food! I had the Crawfish Etoufée and sweet tea and it was unbelievable. The server was charming and friendly, the dancing was family friendly and fun, and the entire experience was an authentic, warm, magical event! Highly recommend and would definitely return upon another visit.

There is a live band and dance floor. They played all the Cajun music your heart could stand... the outside of the building looks a little sketchy but that’s the way it supposed to look. The food was great. We got the seafood gumbo , crawfish platter, seafood platter, crawfish bisque, and fried gator. The twice baked potato was not good at all. The service was also great... everyone was very nice... kept our drinks full and made sure we were ok... the cold drinks were nasty but the sweet tea was on time ! I will be back again.

Only place in Lafayette serving Crawfish this time of year ( I called everyone around) and let me say that it was delicious 😋 well seasoned and mid size. Great service and live music! Loved the experience and I will be back.

Just had the seafood platter with the add on seafood gumbo. Along with the crab and corn bisque. Let me tell you. Let's start with the bisque, OMG that was incredible. That just might have been the best seafood dish I have ever had. Normal I'm not a big gumbo fan but this gumbo was unbelievable. The seafood platter was very good and large enough for 2. They have a live band that is great along with the food. Not loud just right, very relaxing. This place rocked it!!!!!

I spent 10 days in Southern Louisiana including New Orleans, but this was my favorite restaurant of the entire trip. The Blue Point Crabs were the best Crabs I ever had, sweet and flavorful and clearly freshly prepared. I tried my wife's Crawfish Etouffee and it was spectacular, it is my second favorite dish of the trip. Kids had the Crab cakes, and they were raving about the amount of meat vs stuffing, though I did not try it. I went on a Wednesday without music, would have been even better on a Fri/Sat with Cajun music.

The alligator and spinach dip was amazing. Great atmosphere as well. Live music and entertainment. The boiled crawfish was perfect, heat, temperature, and price! There is also an early bird special from 5 to 6pm. We will be returning soon with our family and out of town friends!

Crispy fresh shrimp, amazing seafood gumbo, and live Zydeco music made this a great first stop in Acadiana this trip. We'll come back for fresh seafood boil on another trip. It's worth it!

Live music every day. Even on a Monday night they had a very good band! I had the Crawfish etouffee. It was very good and had a large portion of Crawfish. Very friendly staff and the food came out quick.

Very good place to discover Lousiana food and music. Need to arrive early. Food is OK, don't expect too much. Mostly for the experience. We recommend.

Randol’s is a good little restaurant with a lot of history. It’s really good if what you’re looking for is an authentic Cajun/Creole experience. The food fits the image and while it isn’t my cup of tea I’ve been told my those who enjoy said cuisine that it is certainly above average if not “really good”. You can also find live zydeco music every night, which once more, if that is what you’re looking for is really good. It’s certainly a niche restaurant and won’t be loved by all but those that do love it will do so with a passion. TLDR; If you’re looking for authentic Cajun/Creole with live music then this is it. If not, well then this probably isn’t it.
