Even though they are going through and renovations this place is gorgeous! Everyone we encountered was absolutely the sweetest. Abby was our waitress and even for being busy she was on top of everything from drinks to food. The food oh my gosh my mouth eaters just thinking about it. It was so delicious and flavorful. The drinks were beautifully on point also and so yummy. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice restaurant. I went there on a Friday night for dinner. I had to wait about 30 mins for a seat. The waitress was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu and the drink selections. This is a upscale restaurant as well. I love how you can see them cooking your food in the kitchen it make it a real authentic feeling. The food was presented very nice and elegant. I wish there would be more drink selection on there menu they were out of 3 drink selection. Which narrowed it down to 5 different options. But will definitely try them again in the near future.

Food is great (small menu but excellent š farm to table). Drinks are incredible. Atmosphere is nice and cozy. Service is top tier. Just all around amazing.

This place might just be the crown jewel in the Lafayette food scene. Exceptional service, incredible food and cocktails, generous portions, beautiful space, and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

This place was exceptional!! First time in the south for the 4 of us and we tried this restaurant based on the reviews. It did not disappoint! Megan was our server in the bar and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the menu overall and had wonderful recommendations. The food was to die for! Would definitely recommend!!

My buddy loves this place. I got the turkey sandwich but they were out of turkey so they subbed it with pork and it did not disappoint. I'm not a big fry guy but they have a good fry potentially it was the sauce that made it so tasty. Definitely has that earthy -hipster whiskey and craft beer bar vibe decor... Which makes sense because they do have those things. Now I know why there's so many cars at this place all the time. Oh and the outdoor seating was spot on with a cool autumn day.

It was our day - out-of-towners spending the night in Lafayette and we luckily discovered the Social Southern Table & Bar. What a fantastic place! The food was excellent and the martinis were top of the line. Plus we had the best waitress in the place. Thank you Sydney, for your suggestions for our meals and your excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great food and even better service! Jhon was beyond stellar. They need to train whoever it is who answers the phone better. We almost cancelled our reservation because when we asked the dress code the girl told us everyone wore suit jackets and dresses unless you sat at the bar. When we showed up it was totally casual. It would have been upsetting to miss such a great meal due to the fact what she told us was completely untrue. Oh and if you are a Bourbon lover this is your place. They had at least 5 pages of bourbons to choose from.

We couldnāt have had a better pre Thanksgiving meal while on the road. Food was amazing! The bartender took great care of us and gave great advice on the dishes, he even suggested to get everything in half so we can share and take home.

Food was top notch. The macaroni was the best I ever had and Sydney was very attentive, quick, and friendly. We never felt rushed. My only criticism is that the chairs were a bit small and the tables felt low. All together 9.5/10. Would highly recommend.

I celebrated my birthday with my sister here at Social Southern Table and Bar. I had a mock tail made with a tangy lemonaid, mint and cucumber. Very delicious
Our appetizer was Fried Green Tomatoes with JalapeƱo Ranch Sauce, Main course Smoked Fried Chicken drizzled with honey, served with Sweet Potato Biscuits and Mac and Cheese.
We both enjoyed ourselves and will visit again.

Before heading to visit family, we made decided to take a different route, so we stopped at Social Southern Table & Bar to have lunch. The staff was friendly, atmosphere was upbeat and relaxing, and the food was great. If you are ever in Lafayette, stop by Social Southern TB. It is a great place for couples, family, friends, or co-workers to hangout and dine together. For those that like to have a drink while eating, they have a big selection of wines, beers, whiskeys, different bourbon, and beers, as well as mixed drinks. You won't go wrong to stop by for a friendly atmosphere to be social.

Don't even know where to begin other than by saying I don't know why I've never tried this place before. When I say hands down the best meal I've ever had in Lafayette, I mean it. From the tender steak & frites (chimichurri was insane!),fried green tomatoes, shrimp & grits, all the way to this mouth watering cinnamon cake, I COULD NOT GET ENOUGH! The service was fantastic as well as the atmosphere. If I could give them more stars I would, will forever have my business

What a great place to have a great meal. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. I had the kimchi fries, not too spicy and super savory, the Ruban was so good on rye from a local bakery. My only regret is not having room for dessert. But I will definitely be back for that!

My first time dining at Social and it was outstanding. The menu is small but the food was tremendous. My wife ans I shared the smoked fried chicken with sweet potato biscuits and the boudin Flatbread. The drink selection was HUGE! I will 100% go back.

I love the decor and ambience at this place.
It was a busy dinner and they put me in that littlr corner which was very comfortable. Unfortunately I was forgotten for almost 15min until the waitress final made her way.
I chooses the Pilsner Beer which was actually a good one, than I proceed to shrimp with Grits and for Dessert I choosed the Brownie.
I would say the food is ok neither great or bad ā¦ I think is a bit overpriced for what you get but not terribleā¦
