I’m in town for work and had several people suggested this place. I ordered Shrimp Nicole to-go and it was excellent. The credit card machine was down when I walked in and I had wait a couple minutes and the staff discounted my meal to make up for it. And that place was PACKED. I see why people recommend it!

Deano's legendary pizza in Lafayette never disappoints! A unique cajun twist to pizza with plenty of options other than pizza as well! Cold beer and cocktails keep the party going! Plenty of space to accommodate large parties and a large patio out front.

I had placed an order for take out as I was passing through town. The service was great for the limited experience. I ordered a large Tee Rex no bacon, + cheese, and + fresh mushrooms. I got a large with bacon, no mushrooms, and it really didn't seem like I had extra cheese. I also think it needed a little more sauce. Price was a little high, especially for what I didn't order. This place came highly recommended. I will give it another chance, but with hesitation.

Historic pizza joint in Lafayette. Menu offers many signature style pizzas that are a twist from the standard. The small pizza is enough for two meals for average person. Friendly staff, but it can get busy in there.

Great food as always! Picture is of the T-Rex minus a slice as I was starving! Ordered a Marie Leveaux to go. This one took longer as I am not sure they put in the order or what, but had good company so no issues. Both pizzas got approvals and high marks from the family once I made it back to Houston. Always a place to stop!

Pizza is the best pizza in Lafayette probably top 3 in Louisiana if I had to guess. Always love coming here. Only issue pizza is pricey but is delicious never had a issue with ordering or being disrespected. Was always a good time and great food.

Best pizza in town. The rest of the food is good too. Come as you are, casual atmosphere with the down south friendly service. Eat in or take out, you will want to go back.

We were driving back from dauphin island and we wanted to stop in for lunch before we head back to caddo parish. It was a sunday. It was a little busy but our order didnt take any longer than normal. Our food was so delicious! I had the cajun chicken sandwich and that sausage they put on it was perfect. My husband got a muffalata and we order 2 take and bake pizzas. Hes brought home the marie laveau pizza before and it is one of the best pizzas ive ever had.

First, I came because they are dog friendly! Yes! Even had a dog water bowl! Then the pizza was and is great! Prices are not bad. The service was pretty good but then I left something there and they were really great about helping me. In the end, my item was returned and I can't express how excited I am I do highly recommend this place.

We've been going to Deano's when we visit Lafayette since the early 2000's. The food is consistently good with every visit. Service is always good. This is a must when you visit Lafayette.

Today, I enjoyed some really good chicken-and-sausage gumbo for lunch. A very generous portion with lots of medium-grain rice and a side order of garlic bread, which was also quite tasty. The service was *excellent* (Thank you, Aerial!). All-in-all, a locally-owned joint well worth making the effort to patronize.

I should have ordered the pizza. The $10.00 portion of lasagna I ordered looked and tasted exactly like Stouffer’s frozen. I asked before ordering if it was freshly made the same day as stated on the menu - my server didn’t know. I should have ordered the pizza. �

Had the Italian speciality pizza with the whole wheat crust. Was very good! Would recommend the pizzas anytime. The bathrooms however were nasty and disgusting. Both my wife and I went to the bathrooms while there and were dirty & nasty like they hadn't been cleaned most of the day. It was a big let down after hearing so much positive reviews on it. The pizza was a 5 * all the way. The bathrooms were terrible is the reason why I dropped the rating.

Quite possibly the best pizza I have ever had. The unique crispy crust and quality toppings that literally cover the crust underneath, coupled with the light coating of sauce. My only regret is not finding Deanos sooner.

Love! I was only recently introduced to Dean-O's but it has become one of my favorite pizza places. We go everytime we come to Lafayette now. I personally suggest the Rajun Cajun and Cajun Executioner. I would absolutely recommend Dean-O's to anyone traveling through Lafayette.

You already know I couldn't leave Lafayette without going to Tim Metcalf 's unbelievably awesome Deano's Pizza! I had the most amazing pizza burger ever and Katrina Murray-Griggs had the Jazz combo which she absolutely loved as well! If you're ever in Lafayette and don't stop at Deano's it's your loss, because it is the best place to eat hands down! I even got to see my friend, Eugene Broussard while we were there, so that's always a bonus!

We had not been to Deano's in years. The food was hot & excellent & so was the service. I Iate the 8" Shrimp à la Deano's & my husband ate the 1/2 muffaletto w fries. We both had plenty to eat. A balloon man was making dogs, swords, shamrocks, etc for the kids. It was St. Pat's day & the beer was green. Brought me back to my college days.

Sloppiest pizza I was ever served, manager actually defended it as though i shouldn't worry, the right quantity was there even though it looked squished on two sides. The pizza was shaped more like a football than a pizza... I have a photo of it, go to my Facebook page, I'll post it for anyone and everyone to see. Waitress was good, balloon man was friendly, kitchen staff needs to shape up and not serve slop. Manager needs to not start off a reply to a customer defending the slop as though it is acceptable.... Luckily I find humor in everything, left 20% tip, paid $10 bucks for 2 balloons to make my dinner guests happy. A good night, just a sloppy pizza....
