It is fantastic. They are great at substituting if they are out of the donut you want. They even threw in an extra plain glaze because they were out of what I wanted. Great service. Great food, great people.

Amanda helped us today, and she was so nice and so welcoming! We visit frequently, and this was the best experience we've had. Give that girl a raise! She deserves it :)
I love their food, but typically, if you go there around 11pm or later, you can't go onside for staff safety, which is fine, but if you TRY to go through the drive-thru, they can't serve you because EVERY night, their systems are "updating" So why are they even open and paying staff to be there?
So different from the other DD on 441 in Summerfield. First time at this one. Service and staff were great. Even with 2 undecided old ladies in front of us, the Service was still great.
We have been here multiple times. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly, coffee is good, atmosphere is nice. We have been to a few local Dunkin's and this one is my favorite.
Dunkin has the greatest coffee and dounuts!

I haven't been to the store yet even though I live a couple blocks away. I will definitely be back staff was friendly food was delish and coffee was much better than I remember
