I was brought the wrong burger. When I pointed it out they took my burger back and added onion straws to the wrong burger and brought it back instead of making what I ordered. After I pointed out it was the wrong burger they denied making the wrong burger. I had the exact same burger at another location less than a week ago and it was wonderful. Sad this location has such poor service. I will not be back. The first burger is what I got from the location near the mall, the second burger is what I received today. Go to the Applebee's near the mall.

I had a delicious steak dinner and soft drink with my wife. This location has been a hit with us for years.
I noticed some new staff and their courtesy and care of the customer is exceptional. Smiles and quick seating and food served quickly. We get what we order and I like that in a restaurant. We will continue to return frequently . Great place for dinner date, family get together or a hang out at the bar seating. Give this one a try, you will like it.

Applebee’s is pretty consistent with decent service and good food.
The menu is decent and the burgers are pretty good.
The drink menu is good as well and prices are not bad.
We had JP as our server and he was friendly, quick and thorough!
I will certainly go back soon.

The pasta was overcooked and mushy. The prime rib dip and frys were cold. Was immediately told they would comp dip, or would take 20 minutes to remake, as their were other orders on front of ours. Even though ours were was ahead of theirs. I'm not sure they will do that. The only reason the manager was made aware was because the server had to get them to comp the meals.
It's not that there was an issue it has everything to do in how it's handled.

Ordered Oriental Chicken salad and fish and chips. There were pieces of lettuce the size of baseballs and the rest of the lettuce and ingredients were stall. There were no chips in the fish and chips order and the fish had so much batter that were inedible. $32.60 for food we placed in the garbage. Never again an online order or a eat inside.

The waitstaff could have cared less if we were there. My friend dropped a whole pot of hot water all over her lap and it took 3 minutes at least to get her a towel to get the water up. Food was hell hot to the taste. Waitress eluded that it could be the Mexican cook. Won't go back to this location EVER

The food was fine as usual. The waitress forgot our silverware and when we asked for some it took awhile before they brought them. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't.

Managers are great about checking up on tables that have been waiting a while. Good is always hot and ready to go. Get the bartender another blender! This store is down to one blender and they have a hard time keeping up. Please make their lives easier and our time as customers more enjoyable.
